Lazy driver did not bother to attempt delivery. He claimed my address was wrong (it was not!) and came nowhere near on the tracker all day. I lost a day of earnings AND the dining table from Homebase that I bought in the sale. It is now out of stock and I can’t afford a full price table. Absolute liars and scammers. AVOID.

Had an item at the Bridgend depot for next day delivery on Tue 9th Dec. Come Fri was assured an extra driver was on on Sat and it's on its way. Mon, (today) still nothing spoke to Supervisor, Sandina, very nice. Who would look into it. Still waiting. DX just don't care. Took time off work to be here, it's a joke

As with all the other reviews, paid for next day delivery on Tue 9th, still waiting, always showing out for delivery but never arrives. No one answers the phone. Wish the companies we purchase their goods from would tell us before hand who is delivering it.

Well after reading these reviews I’m not surprised my parcel haven’t turned up a week of waiting losing money from work to wait for this parcel customer services are absolutely shocking keeps telling me it’s out for delivery I’ve emailed my actual company I ordered from and getting a refund and will order else where will never use this company again I I find out any company I ordered off uses this company I’ll b cancelling the order straight away absolutely shocking
