I will never shop online if sending via DX express. On 4 messages saying to deliver no show. On 1 message I was tracking van near my address then a message to say unable to deliver as not in so not true. This company needs to improve I have suggested to the company I ordered not to use DX express . I now had a refund not good for business.

Shambles of a company, nobody replies to enquiries, I need to know where my item is which should of been delivered today.
No communication, no item and I will be going to H Samuel to get a full refund.
Do NOT agree to use this company as they are totally unreliable.
They don’t deserve 1 star.
