Absolutely useless, they have to date failed to pick up my parcel for delivery six times!…yes that’s six times!!! Live chat all very apologetic and friendly, they rebook and then no one turns up??? You want to try calling their complaints line!! It just rings and rings! No one ever answers. I had to give one star to to start this review otherwise it would be a very big fat zero!!! …….don’t use this absolutely useless company!!

Delivery driver turned up, went into the back of his van for a few minutes, came out the van closed the doors, took a photo of my house got in the van and sped off, then I got a delivery update saying nobody home and left a card.

We watch excitedly as we see him nearing our town, then he goes away slightly and then returns to our town, even to the next road that runs parallel to ours before disappearing off the face of the map! DX, do your drivers wear glass slippers and their vehicles turn into pumpkins at 18:00hrs? No explanation, no phone call to say sorry we cant get to you today, NOTHING! No one to speak to on the phone or online.
