Next day the driver shows up and explain that self employed drivers are paid a very low price so they don`t come for 1 parcel to a village and make up lie to the office.

Lazy driver did not bother to attempt delivery. He claimed my address was wrong (it was not!) and came nowhere near on the tracker all day. I lost a day of earnings AND the dining table from Homebase that I bought in the sale. It is now out of stock and I can’t afford a full price table. Absolute liars and scammers. AVOID.

They discourage using the royal mail special delivery though it is only half the price of what DX is charging.

Judging by the other reviews I was very lucky. Had Lewis and Jason deliver 5 radiators which were too heavy for me to lift. delivered smack in the middle of the delivery window and they put them in the house where I asked. Both a credit to their company. Thanks and well done.

AVOID dreadful company. Two delivery dates given but no delivery. Lost my item apparently, how they managed to lose something 900x600x20mm I don't know. Luckily I bought via Amazon so got a refund. AVOID

In the end I had no option but to cancel my order and get a refund.

‘What went wrong’? You never delivered the parcel , I paid extra for next day delivery! A week later! I called the company I. Brought the item off to get a refund & get in touch with you, had zero communication with you as impossible to get hold off . If I see you are the parcel force again behind my online purchasing I will cancel and not bother
