Next day the driver shows up and explain that self employed drivers are paid a very low price so they don`t come for 1 parcel to a village and make up lie to the office.

Lazy driver did not bother to attempt delivery. He claimed my address was wrong (it was not!) and came nowhere near on the tracker all day. I lost a day of earnings AND the dining table from Homebase that I bought in the sale. It is now out of stock and I can’t afford a full price table. Absolute liars and scammers. AVOID.

They discourage using the royal mail special delivery though it is only half the price of what DX is charging.

I have waited in 3 days for my delivery which keeps getting cancelled for no reason ,this is unaceptable ,worse delivery company i have ever experienced .

They lied day after day saying it was out for delivery when it wasn't. 24hour delivery..7 days in I cancelled via the retailer and they even took 4 days to return it to them. Email queries to DX were not replied to. Trust pilot have them 4 stars and they are one on here looks a bit fishy?

Shambles of a company, nobody replies to enquiries, I need to know where my item is which should of been delivered today. No communication, no item and I will be going to H Samuel to get a full refund. Do NOT agree to use this company as they are totally unreliable. They don’t deserve 1 star.

Contacted the vendor, a fairly large company and got a refund of the express delivery charge.

First order was not even delivered to correct address but I cannot claim a refund because company I ordered from think I signed for it - I have incurred a financial loss from this.

Rang to make arrangements for a parcel to be returned arrived when they said they would a lovely lady took the box from us gave me the paperwork I needed for proof could not fault this service.
