E-days has saved our HR dept time by moving to a self service product. The tech support team are very quick at responding to queries and always available on the phone to go through more complex queries.

E-days has assisted us with keeping track of all staff holidays and unplanned absences at a central location. The support team are excellent at responding to queries and issues.

Strengths: app design, great access via mobile, intuitiveness for end-users, user-friendly app, great flexibility for customization and configuration, smart approach Weaknesses Localization for supported countries - local legislative and regulation - e-days is not prepared for fast launch in some countries and customers have to work hard on adjustments/customizations and explain leg. specifics to e-days constultants (sometimes it is not possible to adjust e-days in line with local legislative and manual checks and corrections are necessary), startup approach in launch of new products - I would expect more fine tuned versions and less testing from customers.

Customer support is usually very efficient, and helpful. Queries are replied in a reasonable time. Overall I am satisfied with the tool.

Nice and easy to use and keep track of holidays/other time off. There's a lot of features such as setting up a view of your team or direct reports if you're a manager which is really helpful.

Very easy to use. Makes it easy to track absence of your team. You can also add the group e-days calendar to Outlook to aid day-to-day planning.

It's an excellent system for UK employees. For our company, who operates in various countries it doesn't always work, for example in France the holiday year runs from 1st June - 31 May and it doesn't really work there completely. the support is absolutely excellent though, always receive feedback very quickly.

The system works very well, and when issues do arise the e-days team are keen to help or put the item on the future development list. Some of these developments do appear in time, and is good to see that feedback is taken seriously. The reason I can't give the top score is that the basic functionality could be better. The way leavers entitlement is handled, reporting to be able to report on all settings from the back end, automatic calculations should be more dynamic and be able to handle a lot more than it currently can.
