I find e-days to be a good management system to record any absences efficiently and very easy to use.

E-Days is very good for recording, in one place, various types of absence for all staff. The reports function is very useful. The User's Dashboard is easy to read and enables all Users to have all their absence information in front of them rather than having to request from their Admin/HR Department. The E-Days Support Team are extremely helpful, and reply very promptly. E-Days are continually working to enhance the system and take on board suggestions made.

Gives much greater flexibility for employees to book holiday at a time when they are at home, gives managers much greater flexibility to do the same!

Please solve the problem with Rotas..to get possibility to bulk booking. And would be so good, if the reports take into account the whole contains. (Now if you make a report from the database e.g. between 10 of February and 15 of Feb, and somebody has holiday from 9th of February to 15 of Feb, the whole information left out the result... :(

E days is a great mapping system with flexibility to tailor the absences team to team, case by case but consistently correlates the headline data

It is a good platform for us to monitor employee absence, and ensure that we have the necessary information we need in regards to staff. I know it is still in its early days but it would be good if for example we could have absence comparison reorts from year to year and to just generally be able to create more reports in order to analyse staff behaviours etc. Another example would be a report at the beginning of each year that shows reasons or the most popular reasons why staff were off. Just a few suggestions but overall it has worked really well for us.

Easy to use for employees doing self service, but we seem to get quite a few issues on the admin side of things. The support service at times is not very helpful and do not explain problems in terms that anyone can understand, it seems to always been quite technical which makes things harder to follow.

e-days has helped us manage leave very effecitively. It is easy to use, easy for staff to request leave, and easy for managers to approve and see why is away and when. Great tool!

If used correctly e-days is not a bad Absence Management tool. As an application support analyst for e-days for the user community, it's limitations are highlighted on a regular basis, I'm often asked to make e-days perform tasks that it's not capable of, such as flexible rotas, or to reinstate a record that a local administrator has deleted in error. It's a bit annoying that there is no visible audit trail too.

We are on an older version of e-Days, which provides most of what we need to do. However, we just saw a demo of the new version 5 that will be a major win for our organization. We are very excited about the upgrade.
