It does most things I need it too – just sometimes I find the dashboard not as intuitive or as I would like. You need to hunt around to find the details.

we have only been using edays for a short while, we had a few issues initially as all staff members were on different shift patterns. It seems now to have settled down and now looking on how we can use more of the functionality

+ user friendly + admin section easy to grasp - not 100% flexible for different regions/legalislation requirement differences - could use a design upgrade

Having introduced E-days early Q2 2019 as a company it is the Absence management solution we were looking for and exactly what E-Days had proposed. The clear visual outlay of the system makes it both intuitive and user friendly and I would recommend highly. As there is not a flexi time system part of the solution it doesn't cover everything we require as a company but we were aware of this before taking on the solution.

After initial confusion as to who was supporting us as the main contact was unavailable, it has now been resolved and we are getting on fine

Good system, usual teething problems setting up and fine tuning for a more bespoke solution. It is more geared for larger companies as we are having to 'make do' within the system for some of our SME requirements. Overall however, it works well. As HR I am pleased we have it and when I am fully confident it has the correct information to work as we need it too, will be even more pleased than now. The systems help desk are very good and patient

Very easy system to use, needs minimum training for users. Offers a variety of reports as well. Would be good to be able to tailor the personal dashboard a bit more.

We have been using the tool for over 5 years and it has not disappointed - we are still on the older system but still get great support from the dedicated team.

it is very handy to use, also the support is very good, every time i have raise any concern, i got feedback and action instantly from support team. Needs to implement with some extra features for "in lieu" based on company policy.

Great product for full-time working pattern staff. Unfortunately not able to use my Dragon adaptive equipment with it. Hope this will be something E-days will look into sooner rather than later!

Good system, with lots of options for a range of configurations, most adaptable on the market. Some of the backend set ups can be overwhelming and isn't as clear as the front end.

Prior to getting e-days we had been using an excel spreadsheet to track holiday, so pretty much anything would have been an improvement but we have been really impressed with the functionality of e-days. It has been invaluable as we have grown in staff numbers, and has made keeping track of sickness and working out leavers entitlement hassle free. My only comment would be that an app would be preferred to make it more user friendly but I would still not hesitate to recommend it to other businesses.
