“Hi I ordered a phone and free gift iv only got 2 of the gifts I'm still owed a apple TV boxs I'm think of ending my deal coz I'm paying £53.50 a month iv range them and still not go what I'm paying for and thay say that it takes two days after the phone is dropped off I had time off work to wate for it and it taken them 7 days”

“I ordered 3phones and nothing came because they have a policy only 2phones for a costumer in 3 month and than I get the hole time cancelation messages They should send me at least 2 so me and my wife should can have a spare phone”

“I received my handset only 4 days later than expected. I was told my free gift would arrive 2 working days later. That was 18 November it is now the 1 December and I still haven't received it. I have been communicating with Customer Services both by phone and email. I have been 'guaranteed' on 3 occasions it would arrive the next day bit to no avail. I was told on the phone and even have emails from them telling me it would arrive on specific dates but no. The last time i spoke to customer services they said they had checked with the relevant department and that the gift had been despatched to the couriers. I called the couriers and they have no record of any delivery for me. They told me E2save would have a consignment number if that had been the case but E2save say they dont know what a consignment number is they only have an order number which is a complete lie.”

“I purchased the new iphone 6 just over a week ago and paid £99 for the phone. The phone came very quick however I hVe not been able to use the phone as the SIM card does not work. Contacted e2save last Wednesday (the phone call cost me £3.30) I was advised that the SIM card didn't work and they would need to send me new one. I was then advised that I would receive this last Friday on today, lastest. Safe to say I have still not received the SIM card and cannot do anything with the phone which is pretty poor as I have paid £99 for the phone. I asked if I would be reimbursed in any way and I was told I would receive a check for £28....this will take 6 weeks however. E2save seem to have some really good deals but the service is very poor. If my SIM card does not come tomorrow I will no doubt have to call again (at 30p per minute from your mobile).”

If you’ve taken out a new contract and you had an existing mobile number on the same network you would need to give 30 days notice to the network for the original number and request for it to be transferred over to the new contract. “Wanted to send my handset back the got who sold me the phone said I would be able to before 14 days it's less then 14 days old phone to get it sent back and they said no as handset has been used but I didn't even activate sim as got told me not to”
