“The ordering process was fine, the price was good and the item was delivered promptly. However I didn't receive the pre-paid SIM card that I paid for (it turns out O2 no longer offer the SIM that E2Save was selling) and speaking to E2Save's customer service wasn't much help (wait in a queue, then get brushed off and passed over to an O2 queue, and then the line just hung up), and their email customer service was even worse, taking days to get a response and I'm still waiting on the follow-up. In this time though I was able to use O2's live-chat and they have sorted out the SIM card and credited me the money I lost, so in the end I got what I paid for, it just wasn't as smooth sailing as it should have been.”

“I bought the Grooves headphone for £4.99 as my old Sony headphone were falling apart. These are perfect, good quality, good sound & great service from e2save! Just as good as my Sony headphone which cost £30 at the time and the fact that you get free P&P with e2save and they turned up the next day was even better. The Best £4.99 i've ever spent.”

“Received a call from E2save, telling me that they could save me money as my plan was charging me too much as I no longer had to pay for my handset. I ask them not to change anything on my tarrif eg unlimited calls, texts, data etc. Later on I found out that they had taken away the NHS discount that I had on my account for years, and they had also reduced my data from 2G to 1G. I will never use them again.”

“Hi. Very happy with the Mobile Phone great prices just one small problem no option to not have it topped up please create an option where we can choose to not to have it topped up when buying. Fast Delivery service only took 24 and a half hours to arrive wonderful If my mobile phones break down in the future for good I'll be buying them from here as there much cheaper than my local area. I bought it for my business. Will be keeping it. Apart from no option to not have it topped up 10 out of 10. Thank you.”
