“I am so annoyed that I have not been listened to. I wanted to save the switch till after I came back from holiday. I told the person On the phone the dates I would be away. I agreed My daughters were there to receive the phone but it would to be activated till I got back. My phone stopped whilst I was away and on return.This very annoying company left me without any phone to call my family to collect me from the airport. They stopped my service whilst I was away and I still have no service as my contract has stopped. By the time I got back from work today they were closed so I still have no phone. I would never recommend them and If this does not get sorted In my lunch break tomorrow I will stop the contract.”

“Ordered a fee Galaxy S5 on O2 for £23 a month - by far the cheapest deal around. The phone was a "refurbished" phone (returned by another customer under a 14 day contract cooling off period). The phone was delivered in a plain box with charger and was immaculate, with no signs of previous use. Phone arrived within the promised 1hr delivery window. I will be recommending to friends & family.”

“Having had time to reflect I don't understand why my first order had to be cancelled and I had to go through two credit check/applications in 2 days. Why the delivery address of my initial order couldn't be amended is baffling. It was also disappointing that the delivery expectation I was given wasn't met. I cancelled the second order on the phone the 12th. I am concerned of the effects on my credit file of two applications in two days as this can give the impression of fraud or financial difficulty.”

“Supposed to be a phone and tablet combination. They don't mention at time tablet out of stock. No indication when will arrive either. I'm looking at sending it back and going to high street and get same deal or better straight away. NOT HAPPY”

“I would not recommend your company to anyone. My phone arrived the day after the order was placed and the SIM card inserted, and FIVE days on I still have no service, so effectively I am paying for a contract that I cannot use. O2 have been amazing and have arranged for an new SIm to be sent to me so that I can use the phone. This was after numerous attempts to locate the company to try and seek activation of the SIM inlcuding calls to and visits to Carphone Wharehouse. What also annoyed me is that my old mobile was deactivated two hours after placing the order. Overall poor service and I will not recommend anyone to use this company.”

Hello Olwen Thank you for leaving a review. I can understand that losing your connection will have caused a lot of frustration and I apologise wholeheartedly for this. I’m currently investigating to find out why your old sim deactivated early and why the new one failed to activate. I’ve organised to refund you for the time you were paying the contract but without connection as it’s hardly fair to expect you to pay this. I’ve sent this out as a cheque so please allow maximum of 6-8 weeks for this to arrive.
