“At first, I was a little concerned about purchasing a well pump since the website had neither an address nor a phone number. I did correspond via e-mail and they were prompt with replies. Despite my concerns, I made an order of a pump and received it promptly and in new condition. The pump works great and the price was excellent. I would definitely purchase from Eastern Irrigation in the future.”

“The item (3/4 HP pump) arrived as ordered. Delivery was little slow and the package was beat up but the pump appeared to be OK. Slow delivery was most likely due to FedEx delays as I have not had the best experience with them. But then, the shipping was free and the pump price was very good.”

“My problem isn't with you, but with FedEx. My order hasn't arrived yet. The original date that it was to be delivered was Sunday, August 29th. My order sat for several days in Perrysburg, Ohio and now for several more days in Oak Park, Michigan. This isn't a new problem with FedEx.”

“I ordered some sprinkler nozzles, They sent me the wrong ones. I sent an email detailing my order compared to what I was sent. The next day, I received an email to return the order along with a notice I will be charged a restocking fee. They did not address the order I placed. Why should I pay a restocking fee when they sent me the wrong order? I will never work with them again. I can't even get a phone number to speak with someone.”
