Very disappointed. Was promised nearly 2 weeks ago that a delivery would happen today. It didn't arrive and I had to ring the store only to be told I wouldn't have it. I took a day off work, lost out on pay and had to pay a fitter for a day, for nothing. No communication from the store and no help from customer service

Now another flush broke send email and been told its not in stock and can't be replaced, whent to shop and been advised delivery with in 3 days for price of 56£ for flush, when aksed about the warranty been told will take to long, than said will sort it and again 2 weeks gone and nothing done.
