Disappointing service … We spent nearly £6k here on a new en suite and bathroom - 2 items were damaged which we returned and had replaced (at our inconvenience) - after the job was finished we had 2 small value items that we hadn’t used ( our plumber had used his own superior quality items) and Easy Bathroom charged us £20 “handling” fee to return them as they were over the 30 day returns window - they absolutely would not budge on this - I really dislike this approach from a business ….
