Avoid Easyshed at all costs! This is a true account of my experience assembling an easyshed 6x3m workshop shed. You will need to be extremely handy and have a full workshop of tools for any chance of installation. You will need the following additional items. Battery drill, rattle gun, tin snips, multiple screwdrivers, at least 5 tek bits, a packet of No30 (3.2mm) drill bits, spirit levels of different lengths, 2 tape measures, set of 4 clamps, hammer, soft blow hammer, silicone sealant, 4 saw horses, pliers, side cutters, metal files, pop rivet gun, socket set, spanner roll (metric), marking pens and a chaulk line. Here is my experience and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. 1. Delivery times were understated and took over a month for delivery. 2. Most panels were of different heights and widths and required manually cutting or re-shaping. Some lengths when assembled were 20mm out. 3. The screws supplied are rubbish, just throw them away and buy quality fixings. Ensure to use clima-seal screws on the roof sections. 4. Panels are not labelled and some labels on the channels are illegible. None of the channels are the same length and when labelled, this is printed on the outside. 5. The panels are extremely thin and flimsy. I question the wind rating applied to these sheets and without additional strengthening, they would not stay upright. 6. No holes are pre-drilled and no fixing points marked. 7. Flimsy central purlin which can't be stood up and needs strengthening to just stay upright. 8. Doors have enormous gaps both top and bottom when fitted. I fixed this by adding 40mm angle behind the doors so at least it isn't as noticeable. 9. Channel join sections are completely inadequate and will just snap if the sheet is lifted. I added 25mm galvabond angles to both sides of the channel joins and then screwed it from underneath as well. That worked well. The instruction manual is useless but does have a few tips that may help. Here's what I learned and worked for me if you've bought one of these and need to get it assembled. DO NOT follow the manual and attempt to directly screw the panels together, they will simply buckle and tear. Place some timber under the section to be screwed together and pre-drill every hole with the 3.2mm bit. Arrange the panels on the ground and flick a chaulk line to get them all the same height. Once your channels are connected, secure 30mm galvabond angles to the channels themselves and also screw along the angle into each rib of the panels. You will be surprised how strong they become. I also added angles to the ceiling section PRIOR to fitting the roof. The roof simply slides along these angles and allows a great deal of adjustments. Once the roof is fixed, screw down into these ceiling angles to further secure the roof. Once assembled, secure each outside corner with 40mm galvabond angles to add additional support both upwards and sideways. When fixing the roof sheets down, DO NOT use the supplied screws. Buy builder quality clima-seal hex head metal teks, you'll thank me later. My shed is up now but it came at an additional cost in excess of $400 for parts and the whole job took me 6 weekends. You can buy these galvabond angles from Bunnings. I find it astonishing that this company has manged to stay in business selling this sub-grade garbage. I also find it hard to believe anyone could work for such an unetheical and complaint dismissive business. I hope my tips will help you get the structure up, as it would be unsafe and dangerous to erect it as it comes in the box. No engineer would approve this. My experience - 40 years in a building trade, 3 complete home renovations, countless shed assemblies, countless flat pack builds, safety inspector and advisor.

Easy to build kit, did it myself and fantastic results. Thank you easy Shed! Special thank you to sales consultant Josh for all his personal efforts contributing to my shed project.

I have 30+ years as a boilermaker and offered to do this for someone. NEVER while my b-^ points to the ground will I touch another one. It should be called “Meccano” as that’s what it felt like to put together. 2 of us for 15 hours for something the size of a fridge box: What an absolute joke of a product!

I think the name 'Easy Shed'' should be changed under the trade descriptions act. I'm very handy, but this will test your sanity and patients. Upon opening the box, look at how shiney and unscratched it all is, as it's the best it will ever look. If you have sheets or rugs large enough build it on that. Picking it up, flipping it will scratch the edges. The sheets are flimsy and scratch super easily as well. Should the channels have pre drill holes? Probably, but nothing lines up perfectly anyway so they would be pointless. A few parts weren't labelled correctly but I could figure out what they were meant to be and assemble it. Male sure you have space to build it. The instructions are confusing. Study them, try and work out what they refer to, then question yourself as to if that is what they mean. This is not a fun activity to do as a couple. Get a mate to help that can handle obscenities and has a level of DIY skills.

Not EASY at all. We bought a 4.47m x 2.25m shed and found that the claims of easy to install are totally untrue. Someone who has installed multiples of these sheds and has additional materials to help might find it easier. The joiners were totally inadequate and we needed use steel framing to ensure stability of the side panels plus additional metal elbows to join the side panels. The instructions were totally inadequate and even the videos sent from Easyshed support staff didn't really provide the requisite information. We are reasonably handy and were able to find work arounds but anyone new to this would really have struggled.

I purchased a shed from Easy Shed less than 18 months ago. Despite correct installation and following all recommended maintenance, it began to rust within the first year. By 18 months, the rust is so severe that the door is falling off. I chose Easy Shed based on the impression that they offered a lifetime warranty, with no clear exclusions listed online. The “full warranty information” link on their site just leads to an email address. When I sought support, I was told rust isn’t covered and the issue was blamed on slab height. However, a previous smaller shed on the same slab lasted for years without issue- clearly indicating a product quality problem. They initially promised a subsidised quote for replacement parts. After weeks of back-and-forth and resending the same part list multiple times, I received only a vague “ballpark” figure- more than 75% of the cost of a new shed- with no guarantee of longevity or firm pricing. The entire experience has been slow, frustrating, and ultimately a waste of time. The warranty is misleading and the support lacking. If you’re looking for a durable product and a company that stands by its claims, I recommend looking elsewhere. --- *EDITED TO ADD REPLY TO INITIAL COMPANY RESPONSE RECEIVED TO GOOGLE REVIEW- SCREENSHOT IN PHOTOS* Thank you for the reply, but as stated in my initial review, I’ve already been in contact with your support team (Ady was the customer support agent) for several weeks with no resolution. The dirt and debris now inside the shed are due to our small dog now entering through the hole pictured- this only occurred after the door frame began falling apart from rust. This was not an issue with the previous shed, which sat on the exact same slab for years without any sign of corrosion. The real concern is the misleading promotion of a “lifetime warranty” on your website, with no clear exclusions are listed at the point of sale. Nowhere is it explained that rust- clearly a potential major structural issue in a steel shed- would not be covered. Especially in this instance where it occurred within 12 months. It’s disappointing to be met with blame-shifting rather than transparency and support. I'm sharing this to help others make informed decisions. It would be prudent to at least ensure warranty terms are transparent at time of sale, rather than make empty promises. *FURTHER ADDIT* At the time of my initial review, I also posted a brief version of my experience on Easyshed’s social media posts (as Facebook reviews are turned off). Easyshed repeatedly deleted my comments from both Facebook and Instagram. I had seen other comments from customers reporting poor experiences and sheds falling apart — these have also since been removed. Easyshed has now blocked me on Facebook. This pattern of deleting and hiding genuine negative feedback further reflects their lack of transparency.

Rethink your options as easy shed are quick to deliver however very misleading in quality and how easy it is to assemble. 2/3 caprenters will not touch these sheds and the instructions are very misleadin. I would not purchase again !

If your ordering a 2.35m height shed don't bother with bike hooks. You would think some customer care would kick in to advise these rack would be pointless on this size shed as we found out due to bikes having to hang off the ground putting pressure on shed wall. Clearly the rear wheels need to be touching the ground. Also concrete fixing 8 pack not needed as we have a rebated slab and these fixing and brackets cannot be used. Waste of $157, disappointed.

these are the worst flat pack item you will ever assemble. Absolute terrible , will take 2 tradesman at least 2 days to assemble the 3x3m gable shed. doors sag and don’t close. Walls are flimsy of the thinnest guage steel possible without any intermediate supports. nothing is pre drilled, sheets are incorrect lengths, screws and washers are hopeless, the list goes on. If you have already paid for one, cut your losses and throw in straight in the bin.
