I reported this to Ebay , wrote and appealed 4 or 5 letters, sent the FedEx "delivery photo" and a photo of my mailbox in front of my house.

I ordered an item from a seller that still hadn't arrived 8 days after the estimated delivery date. I contacted Ebay about it and in about 20 minutes I received an e mail from Ebay informing me that they had refunded me fully. With customer service like that I will proudly continue shopping with Ebay.

My experience with seller Zinc Decor could not have been better! There was constant communication, very quick shipping and SUPERB customer “relationship building”—not just customer service! Stephanie was always available or, at the very least, incredibly prompt returning PHONE calls and/or emails! (Yes, Virginia, some sellers still use phones!) Once I receive the items (2 chairs—$2000) i was beyond impressed! They are quality through and through and delivery company was top-notch, white glove service! I will absolutely buy from zinc decor for my future furniture needs!

I had such bad experience with Ebay they didn’t protect me . I bought item and returned the seller lied about not receiving his shipment I have the proof. I sent it to Ebay customer service they close the case and never refund my money.

Raised a case with Ebay for my refund, told to wait until 9th, on the 9th I was told to wait until 11th, on the 11th (today) I’m being told to wait until the 15th.
