I spent over $200 on a human hair lace front wig and once the package arrived, I opened the box and there were 1-2 tears all over the lace front!!! I sent pictures to their customer service team and they asked me to send the wig back so they can exchange it.

Worse customer service ever contacted them to let them know hair was missing they took forever to respond then told me no hair was missing I provided pictures that showed the proof of the missing hair offered no remedy they Also need to update the website with hair availability but when you order they will tell you the hair has to be ordered causing a delay
