“Ordered a cut-to-size piece of fake grass as I had looked around but could only see set sizes of 1m, 2m etc but I only wanted 2m x 1.2m and eDecks cut to any size you want which was perfect. The grass was on offer and a great price and turnaround was quick and delivered within a day or two.
The only gripes I have are with delivery costs. My grass was £30 for just the little bit I needed but delivery was £25! I can understand the cost of delivery if it was a huge bit of fake grass for a garden or decking but to be charged that much for what amounts to a small rug size was annoying. Also I filled in instructions on the order form to place the item around the back of the garage if I wasn't in to keep it out of view, as it asks you. However, when I came back from being away for the day, the grass roll was just leaning up against my street door! Anyone could have take it and I would have been none the wiser.
So product and service very good, its just the cost of delivery and the bellends who deliver it that need looking at. Would use again though despite this.”

Called me to query the order and offer alternatives before shipping. Shipping was on-time and well tracked. Quality of product very good for the price. Now assembled I'm very pleased with the purchase. Only little niggle is that some of the sawing on the decking boards was not really clean. Nothing a bit of sanding couldn't fix though. “Ordered bundle of ceder shingles. Very quick delivery. Within 24 hrs. The only small niggle is that the bundle was bound with plastic binding directly on the shingles meaning that those on the edges were split/gouged by the binding. There should have been a wooden support between the shingles and binding. Bundle was well wrapped in clingfilm however.”
“In general everything ok the scores purchased did a great job and the stain finished the decking off great. If I have one complaint to make it’s the deck boards themselves I ordered 55 of which 8 were split or cracked rendering them unusable. I appreciate that there is some wastage but the reason I ordered the 4.8m lengths was because my deck was just over 4.2m long giving me no cut boards in the finish. Apart from this it’s the second time I’ve used edecks this time replacing the previous which did us well.”
“Found EDecks by browsing Google. I had decided to build a summerhouse as we could not find one online or at dealers that had the looks and spec we wanted. I did some drawings and then made a list of everything I needed, put my order in and it was delivered in full a few days later. Free. “Decking kit received however courier was an absolute shambles, damaged boxes littered throughout his van and posed a mission in itself to uncover the decking kit from his van! Deck screws were lovely to buzz in, however the joist screws were absolutely terrible. We ended up buying better screws..”

I'm not sure they are cheapest online supplier of decking but do provide pretty good value for money and a good service. For this reason I don't mind paying (slightly) extra.”
