"I have no idea how they have such a high score on here. I ordered timber lengths, oil and screws \u00a3430+. Delivery in 3 days is a total lie, not to South London anyway. Timber arrived one week after order, mouldy, wet, full of knots and chipped and damaged in parts. I couldn't believe my eyes. They messed me about for two weeks and eventually arranged to collect it, delayed the collection by two days and then came a day before they said they would. From the driver's surprise to see me answer the door, they were obviously betting on me not being home so that they can refuse to offer me a refund. Total scammers. If you want to roll the dice with them, be my guest."

They also said they would refund 10% for boards that had holes large enough to put four fingers through as my builder had laid. Very unpleasant company, poor values and low integrity, very unpleasant experience."
