“Unbelievable service. This was my experience with this company and it was a big spend so I was worried that the timber decking might be warped and not up to the high standard I expected. The balustrade was packed well as was the post sleeves,in fact I was really surprised with the excellent quality.

“Ordered 96 sheets of brown Onduline and fixings very helpful ladies on the phone that knew their products and gave good advice in their lovely Yorkshire accent. Delivery was very prompt and helpful and stacked the sheets in a sensible place. I live in Hampshire and all the local builder's merchant's prices were much higher and they did not stock brown onduline just black and green, so this Yorkshire company knocked the socks off the locals. Final note: when I rang the local Travis Perkins a lady answered and when l enquired about Onduline l had to explain it was a bitumen roofing material, no such problem with Edecks!!”
