“I was looking for curv d timber for a pergola roof and this was the only place I could find. Whilst the items we a bit pricey, the tam were most helpful when I asked for help, and then the delivery rapid and efficient.

“Due to how the shiplap was packed 3 of the lengths had almost all of the Tongue and groove parts broken (during transit I assume) meaning they were of very little use.
Next time I’ll go and collect the wood myself from a shop to be sure it’s all good.”
“Ordered bundle of ceder shingles. Very quick delivery. Within 24 hrs. The only small niggle is that the bundle was bound with plastic binding directly on the shingles meaning that those on the edges were split/gouged by the binding. There should have been a wooden support between the shingles and binding. Bundle was well wrapped in clingfilm however.”

“In general everything ok the scores purchased did a great job and the stain finished the decking off great. If I have one complaint to make it’s the deck boards themselves I ordered 55 of which 8 were split or cracked rendering them unusable. I appreciate that there is some wastage but the reason I ordered the 4.8m lengths was because my deck was just over 4.2m long giving me no cut boards in the finish. Apart from this it’s the second time I’ve used edecks this time replacing the previous which did us well.”
“Delivery turned up a day earlier than was told, dont know what time as it was left with the invoice on the main road in front of the house, they said someone would call an hour before to let us know, no one called, I got up and it was sitting on the curb on a road in front of the house, not even on the path way. Anyone could have taken it, and the box of raw plugs with the invoice under it. We never heard anyone ring the bell, I was up at 7am so it must have been really early. To say I am dissapointed is an understatement. We will not be dealing with these people in the future, also one corner is damaged as well. The 25mm marine ply is so heavy to lift my partner and myself struggled to move it. I understand we need to keep a social distance and I am pleased we do, but that is taking it a bit too far.”
