“Very well presented 2 bedroom flat in perfect location, 5 mins from Princes Street. Flat was provided with lots of helpful essentials already but supermarket around the corner just in case. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the flat whilst taking in the wonderful city and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.”

“This was an excellent apartment. There was a beautiful view of Arthur's Seat and the surrounding park was easily accessible for the walk into town. “What a fabulous flat next to the lovely Meadows. The flat itself is well equipped for all your needs and is complete with a lovely surprise of milk, bubbly, smoked salmon and oatcakes!! There was even soap powder for the washing machine should you need to use it! The flat is lovely and clean and spacious, there are 3 shops very close by and Jane is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We hope to visit again next year.”

“Lovely flat situated just outside Edinburgh city centre. We were a party of twelve who used the flat as a base for a weekend in Edinburgh.
Ronnie the host was superb; very welcoming and allowed us to feel right at home.
The flat was spotless and the furnishing was to a high standard.
There are lots of amenities in the local vicinity, including cosy pubs and convenience stores.

I would recommend it for anyone who really wants to experience Edinburgh and feel at home! It is in such a nice neighborhood and near the canal and a little park so one can enjoy little walks.
Sunny flat, fitting furniture, everything's there. We have lived around the corner for several months so we knew the area. It is excellent for a walk at the canal and for some hours spent in the sun in the park. The park and canal are just opposite the flat. Walking to the city centre is possible (40 minutes) but easier to do by bus. The next bus stop is only 5mins away and really easy to find. There are 4 busses going to the city centre and one is going to the airport.There is a nice little convenience store just around the corner (2mins) walk.
We will definitely stay in the flat again!!”

“This Apt was really spacious with a living room and a bed room as you see in the snaps. We got almost everything we needed to stay for couple of days like umberla,crockeris,groceries etc. Also Marsha is a great hostess. Only thing to be cautious is that this is on the 2nd floor and if you have heavy baggages you need to carry them up as there is no lift.”
