“I bought pv solar panels from this company after obtaining quotes from 2 others. EEC wasn't the cheapest, but it was the most professional and friendly company, happy to spend time explaining how it all worked and answering any further questions fully and promptly. The panels fitters were extremely quick and tidy, taking only 1/2 day to fit the panels on a challenging roof. I would definitely recommend using this company to anyone, indeed I did to my own brother in law.”

“just want to say how good this company is the staff on the phones are so well informed and keep you up dated plus the work done was very good but most of all if you need to take up any thing then ask for Mr Tim Hillman.He was so good and can answer any thing about the company. plus save money in the long run. so what are you waiting for give him a ring .”

“EEC Solar were an excellent company to deal with. From the start of the project to put solar panels on my roof to the end, they were considerate and efficient. I always felt that my opinion was important to them and they listened to my suggestions. Even when the work was complete they assisted me with completing the paperwork for my service provider. The work was completed without any fuss and looks really professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is considering installing solar panels.”

“I would recommend EEC for Solar installation to anyone who is looking into adding Solar panels. Good first impression with the surveyor, plenty of support from the office staff, the two installers were efficient & tidy with a aim to please work ethic. After completion the EEC team made several courtesy calls checking all was satisfactory. If you want good service & support i would recommend using EEC. Mr P Stears”

“After several Quotes from different companies we chose EEC Home improvements which proved to be the right one. From start to finish everyone at EEC were so pleasant and helpful. The solar panels were fitted in one day by two great workmen who explained everything I asked. Then we had calls from EEC making sure we were happy with everything. “We have had our panels for just over a month now and they are doing everything we were promised. From the first sales presentation to the installation all the staff were friendly, professional and patient with all our questions and concerns. From Kevin the sales person to Emlyn and Pete the installers everything went like clockwork. The installation on a gloomy cold day went without a hitch and we were consulted at every stage. We now have solar panels with all the electrical devices in the places most convenient to us. This was not the cheapest we were quoted but we felt confident that this company was upfront and truthful with us. There were no hidden expenses and we would recommend their services to anyone wanting to install solar panels. Also big thank you to the back up office staff for getting all the paper work processed to enable us to get the higher tariff before Christmas. The whole team at EEC worked as one unit, unusual in this day and age.”

“I was impressed with the sales approach by Jamie Shevlin who brought a trainee with him.All very clear and concise.The installation was completed on 12/12/14 with Dave Soanes the electrician and Rick Carney who sorted the panels and inverter etc.We had to move the flue to the other side of the roof to avoid any shadowing.This was completed by the plumber,Carl Liddle,All of these individuals are excellent professionals and a credit to the company. Numerous support staff in Southport either ring and confirm every next stage and there are follow up letters along the way also confirming how to deal with your energy company for the feed-in tariff. This enabled us to have our feed-in tariff from 18/12/14 despite British Gas instructions on issues can take upto 28 days! I have run salesteams all over the country and I would buy from this company again.”

“Communication was superb. Informative from start to finish and no pressure to sign a contract. When an unforeseen problem arose it was dealt with speedily and to my satisfaction. They did what they promised. Very professional.”

“Installers arrived promptly and immediately set to work. They were very polite and worked continuously without a break until the installation was complete. They cleared up behind themselves and left every thing tidy. Office staff have subsequently rung to check every thing was ok. Whenever I have called the office with a query the staff have been very helpful”

“Sales-rep Jason very good..communications with office staff very good also Hannah was excelent and mandy exelent with her help filling the forms in .the two lads who caried out the work with the electrics and fitting the panels on the roof worked their socks off to get the job finished before dark were brilliant. “First class service with no pressure. Rep called told us the price then explained everything in detail with diagrams to the sun on our property (Sold) Fitters arrived at 0800 to start and completed by early afternoon, explained how to work all settings, cleaned up ,very professional. Thank you.”

“Very impressed with the helpfulness of the whole thing from start to finish. Installation team were most efficient and very speedy. They didn't even need too many cups of coffee! They cleaned and tidied up well after them, with only one small black mark against them. This came to light after they had left in the shape of a small amount of damage to the airing cupboard door. I remember one of the fitters dropping his screwdriver out of the loft and making a lot of noise and can only think this is what caused it. I realise I should have mentioned it earlier, but the request for this review brought it back to me. Can only repeat that everyone from the initial visit by David McGuffie through head office staff to fitters were most friendly, helpful and efficient. By the way, I have already recommended your company to 2 people I know locally. Thank you”
