“The service received was excellent. Adam made sure that everything was well explained and checked that we understood. The panels were installed in one day. Mess was cleaned up and the workers were polite and helpful. All in all excellent service from start to finish.”

“Pretty well faultless. The scaffolders thought to erect on the wrong side of the house but were quick to agree to the back! Faultless is faint praise since the care to help us to understand all the aspects of the proposal and then the concern to keep us informed at each stage was exemplary. If only all contractors performed as well. From the start Paddy Hill explained the process, the costs and benefits very clearly; and with no pressure to decide, asking if he might phone after a few days and assuring us of the availability of help and advice on the freephone number. Thank you.”

“From first contact to installation and follow up support, I have been most impressed with the professional attitude of EEC Solar. The way they conduct their business is probably the main reason I chose this company above others who I had also asked for quotations. They offered value for money and a service I felt complete confidence in. I thought each person I dealt with, in person or on the phone, was knowledgeable in their work, courteous, competent and trustworthy. The work was completed very quickly and efficiently and I was kept well informed of progress and the stages of the process throughout. The installers consulted me regarding where the various "bits of hardware" should be sited inside the house, which I really appreciated and after a full hard days work, left without me having to do anything. I would like to sincerely thank EEC for all their help and exemplary service and would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.”

“Professional approach from start to finish, first class installation completed in a professional manner, panels up and running and excellent assistance given with the form filling required to register for FIT payments. I also had the Iboost system fitted to use any excess production of energy into my hot water tank, great idea. Thanks to the team at EEC I hope to be reducing my energy bills considerably over the next few years.”

“Knowledgeable rep called who knew his stuff and gave me a price then and there. Turned out to be the cheapest although all three companies I contacted were within £250 of each other. Turned out when the installers came that because of the size of the slates and the method of their attachment that the job was more complicated and time consuming than had been thought, such that it took two days instead of one. However the guys doing the job just got on with it and there was never any question of the price being affected. At all times the backroom staff at EEC were at great pains to ensure that everything was by the book and that I was happy and understood fully what was going on. I also had help when I needed it in filling out the feed-in-tariff application, which went through no problem. All in all a very professional installation in all its constituent parts. I would recommend EEC to anyone contemplating having solar installed.”

“I have been unable to find a fault with all you have done. From the first contact by Graham through the scaffolders, installers and all members of the office backup and administration.
