“received an excellent service from start to finish and beyond. people turned up when they said, did what they said they would when they said they would did the job how they said it would be done, the fitters etc were great people to have on site , they were pleasant and considerate ,cleaned up after themselves , did a tidy neat job, the support from the office side was simple to access and efficient , the support to fill out the necessary paper work was simple . I can honestly say I can not find any fault with the service and installation and after support that I have received all the way through the process and beyond. regards matt”

“Really very pleased with EEC in almost every aspect of the installation of the solar panels. The initial contact, information provided, survey and installation were all accomplished promptly, with professionalism and courtesy from all personnel involved. The price of the units was also very competitive. Post installation the support from the ladies in the office in assisting with the documentation for the energy supplier was excellent and greatly appreciated. The company also encourage customers to send an email every quarter with a meter reading so that they can monitor the efficiency of the units. I am pleased with all aspects of my purchase and would recommend EEC as solar panels providers to anyone.”

“We've only had solar panels for six months so it's hard to give definite results. However, it seems to be paying off in that we are generating a fair amount of electricity and using less oil where we can use electric instead. The FIT payments are much as forecast. So far so good! As an additional comment, I can't fault EEC's customer services - brilliant all the way through -thank you!”

“Made contact over the internet for an estimate. They couldn't have been more helpful. Alex, 'the man with the answers' answered all my enquires. Fast, efficient service. The team that did the installation were excellent. No fuss or problems. Nothing was too much trouble. The prices were competitive with the other estimates I had. Very pleased with our installation. Have had them with further work and have not been disappointed.”

“The workers and work carried out was to a very high standard. From start to finish I was always kept informed as to what and when things were going to happen. The workers were always punctual and polite making sure they always tieded up after themselves. Would highly recemend them to friends and family.”

“I can't think of many (any?) other companies that I've dealt with in recent years that I'd give unqualified approval and full marks to, and be happy to recommend to others without hesitation. EEC did a very good job for us and stood out particularly for the trouble they took to ensure every detail was right and also for the extremely good service they provide in terms of customer relations. For someone unversed in such matters, installing solar panels throws up all sorts of queries, issues and things quite hard to follow - EEC proved superb in helping one through all the way and then checking back afterwards to ensure things really had been done right and proved satisfactory. They were always instantly available on the phone, well-informed, straightforward and helpful, leaving one with confidence in the company more than I have experienced with any previous job of work elsewhere.”

“This company won us over because we got a price quickly by email so we did not waste time for either party. They were with us every step of the way and answered emails very promptly often by just giving us a call. the whole process was painless an every person sent to us knew what they were talking about from the technical side to the scaffolder to the installers. we even got a call about three months after installation to check how everything was going. Communication is the key to all of this and EEC are really good at it.”

“The staff kept me aware of the schedule for the work to be carried out, worked hard to sort out a problem with the scaffolders. The fitters arrived on time, worked hard and completed the work with a minimum of disruption to myself. I was kept informed if what they were doing and why and given a comprehensive "run through" of the system, how to register for and make the FIT claim. Gave assistance in completing the relevant claim form, this was so involved I would never have managed without their expert assistance. Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with all aspects of my purchase.”

“Some years ago in discussions with friends we thought the installation of solar panels were not efficient enough to be a viable proposition and that the life of the ancillary equipment had too short a life. Since then things have improved a great deal. So where did I start ? Inquiries to a number of installers some very evasive as to the costs and product effectiveness brought me to EEC and I never looked back. The staff could not have be more professional to my questions and then decided to pursue . Surveyors visit was thorough, answering all of the concerns I may have had and was very persistent that I understood my customers rights, spoke to me and not at me. Come the day of installation the two fitters arrived on time both kept me informed on what they were doing , they were professional and friendly, gave me a thorough run down on what has been done with everything left clean and tidy. Have now had my first Tariff payment and is well within expected returns would I recommend , yes P G Barnes”
