“After listening to four solar salesmens talks, I am so pleased that I chose EEC Solar to got my 4KW system, I have nothing but praise for this amazing company.I am a great one for doing research on the internet and when I found out that the security arm of this firm had been in trouble with rogue traders some 10 years ago, to say I was apprehensive about going ahead was an understatement.However I was impressed with Tim the solar salesmen and putting my fears to him, he reassured me that this was in the past and the company had made monumental efforts to improve customer service, I was able to chat with another satisfied customer and the following day Jez the surveyor arrived and did a superb job of measuring up and demonstrating to me how my system would benefit me, he was a lovely calm, non pushy guy , who put my mind completely at ease.A few days later the scaffolding was up and another day and the fitters arrived, John and Malek, what super lads, so clean and tidy, worked really hard and did a quality job of fitting my 16 black panels and the inverter, which I had put in the garage.Every time the fitters came in the house they took their shoes off and were so cheerful to have around, despite the heaven rain showers. My roof is slate tiles therefore was more tricky to fit than normal, but these lads managed great, any tiles broken in the processs were replaced , and John looked up in the loft for me to check all was sound and dry, which it was. Unfortunately when they turned on the inverter it wasn't working and had a manufacturers fault, John came back next day but still no power was being generated. The company then sent out Andy , the ex royal marine,who ascertained that it was un repairable and asked the company to replace it. A few days later , James came over and put the new inverter in , it worked great. And in no time I was generating my own power.I was very impressed by how the company dealt with the problem and worked tirelessly to put it right. Then there was the help of the admin girls in the office, a free call brought me the very pleasant efficient help of the 3 Claire's and Hannah, what a great advert to the company they were again, kept me up to date with what was happening and helped me to complete the relevant FIT forms. if anyone is considering having solar panels, don't hesitate for a minute get EEC solar to do the work, best price, top of the range panels and inverter and workmanship and superb people all around.Thanks EEC solar it's been a pleasure to know you.”
