“I love Effy jewelry and I have many pieces. All are beautiful in design and so very well crafted. I get compliments on all my Effy jewelry. I find their customer service excellent and friendly. The packaging is superior and ensures your purchased isn't damaged. Even when I've had to have a ring sized, my purchase always arrives earlier than expected. I just can't say enough about Effy! Their jewelry is unusual and exquisite. I highly recommend Effy to my friends!”

“Although we love our collection of Effy items, we recently experienced great disappointment with the customer service when we sent a men's bracelet to Effy for sizing. We waited 2.5 months to receive a replacement bracelet, and it was the exact same too-large size that was sent in for sizing. Now, starting our third week of waiting to get word back from Effy about returning this second bracelet, we appear to have entered another intolerable waiting period. Lovely jewelry, very disappointing customer service so far.”

“These earrings are exquisite. However, I was disappointed by the overall small size.Unfortunately,their beauty and characteristics are lost on my larger lobes. I have sent in a request for a return and exchange. I will need earrings of about a half inch in diameter. A zoom appt. may help”
