“I have a crossover emerald/ diamond ring from Effy that I just love but didn’t have emerald earrings and the cut on these studs match my ring. I like the size and setting of these and a reasonable price. They even look larger than I expected. I love them.”

“The ring is beautiful but now I'm a bit afraid to wear it because the previous one i originally purchased the Sapphire star fell out and lost it, which i had to spend other $200 to be replaced.”

“This was an interesting one. The ring was shipped to Marrieta, GA, not Neptune, NJ. Haven't a clue who this person is. Luckily, the receiver is mailing it back to (at their word). I'm speechess as to how this address was entered.”

“The clasp mechanism is terrible. I originally reached out to you to try and replace the one I lost. (,same earring as these ) no one ever had the courtesy to respond. I ended up spending another $2,000 just so my wife could have a pair. After purchasing 15 plus pieces of Effy jewelry this will be my last. Your customer service is very very lacking. I simple call would not have taken much!!!”

“I love the color of the stones in the bracelet- I have several bracelets with different colors that I wear together- BUT- I hate the clasp. After losing 2 due to the clasp coming undone, I have taken all of the rest of them (and will be doing the same here) to my jeweler to put on a better clasp. I haven’t lost one since. Do better- for the quality of the bracelets, put on a double clasp or something more secure that what you’re using now.”
