“Fed Ex promised delivery on Thursday, so I waited in all day only to find that delivery would be the next day. On Friday, it was to be delivered from ll:40 AM on - they came at l0:30 AM.... if I had gone out and returned prior to ll:40 AM I would have missed delivery and have wasted another entire day waiting for them. You need to do a better job with your delivery system.”

“Love the ring altho it's a little loose. Should be fine in hot weather. I'll consider if sizing is necessary when I get back to Canada in April. The staff assisting me, as always, were very prompt and extremely pleasant.”

“Saw this item on a cruise ship but the tagged price was less than the ring up price and cruise ship would not honor the tagged price. Presented this isse to EFFY Customer Service and they honored the tagged price, since on a ship it was duty free so EFFY split the tax with me. Totally satisfied. Really love the EFFY Watercolors designs.”

“I have a crossover emerald/ diamond ring from Effy that I just love but didn’t have emerald earrings and the cut on these studs match my ring. I like the size and setting of these and a reasonable price. They even look larger than I expected. I love them.”
