“I have purchased MANY Effy pieces over the years. I have been VERY pleased with every item until the purchase I made of the Mosiac bangle. There was NO quality control and inspection of this bracelet before it was sent to me. The bottom of the bangle is all scrstched, very disappointing. I want to buy my wife another bracelet, but I am afraid it will not meet my expectations.”

“I love tanzanite having been introduced to it whilst on a cruise. I bought a ring first, a couple of days later I bought earrings and then before the cruise ended I bought the necklace to complete the set! When I got back to the UK I wanted to buy a similar pair of earrings with the same cut of tanzanite but ones that I would be comfortable wearing daily. In other words a cheaper version of the ones I had which are white gold and a much higher TCW. Unfortunately Effy has no store in the UK. This meant that the earrings have cost me much more because of the tax that is added. I am so disappointed as I would buy more but won’t pay the extra for duty. I need to go on another cruise instead!”

“Having never ordered jewelry over the internet, I was leery of what the quality would be and if I would even get them, but the earrings were more beautiful than the pictures displayed, and they were shipped and FedEx delivered within 3 days. I also liked that I received notification that FedEx would be coming and signature was required. With the speed and safety of delivery, I would definitely consider ordering again from Effy.”

“We had purchased the earrings and pendant on a princess cruise ship. We really liked them. I was wearing the earrings home and when I got home and was taking them off I only had one on my left ear. The one on the right ear was 'gone'. Needless to say we were very unhappy. We called you and they were very helpful. I now have both earrings and am very happy. Thankyou.”
