“I ordered these flowers for a friend's birthday, she lives quite a few miles away from me so I ordered them not knowing what to expect, I spoke to my friend and she said the flowers were lovely and she would order from here herself, great service”

“Beautiful flowers and nect day delivery was great, they were on a yodel van from 11 am until 6.30 pm so the chocolates were melted and it would be good to say how many stems are in each size bouquet as the pictures are misleading. My relative loved them, they were beautiful. But if I'd have known how few flowers she would get I'd have ordered the large.”

“The flowers were for a friend whose father had died, not too long ago. He loved them. They made him feel treasured. Eflorist always deliver when they say they will and package everything with care. Thank you.”

“Ordered the flowers from Australia for delivery to Newcastle on Tyne and everything seemed to go well on price, delivery timing and quality of flowers & for recognition of our Wedding Anniversary my wife seemed pleased. So, no grumbles and would be happy to use the service again. Michael Gill.”

“I had no difficulty ordering. I was sending abroad and if I’m honest I’m not really happy with the flowers although the recipient was and that’s what matters. It was almost £60 . My sister in law said her photo didn’t do them justice.”

“Sent letterbox flowers to a friend, the condition on arrival was that they had suffered in transit, heat perhaps. e.florist have been very apologetic and understanding and are replacing them. I am a fairly regular customer and this problem was a one-off, I've sent some real beauties in other orders so I'm not put off by the current one. I'll be back with confidence, they're my go-to online florist.”

“Flowers arrived late on a very hot day, so my mother thought they looked half dead, but recovered overnight (the flowers, not my Mum) 😂... We did not receive the chocolates, (maybe the driver ate them)...🤔 but got a small refund as compensation..... Thank you.. 🙂”

“The flowers arrived nice and fast, too fast as the recipient had gone away for the weekend, however after being left for a day and night they were obviously looking worse for wear, (not your fault) and they have purked up a bit, but are already dropping petals, it has been given 6 out of 10......”
