Very poor quality flowers for the price paid. Poor communication, didn’t arrive on mother’s day despite expensive delivery. Squeezed/crushed in a box. Hugely disappointing to be honest

Do not waste your time and money. I made a duplicate booking in error and got charged double. I contacted them immediately and they said there was noting they could do. It was a large order and they offered me only €5 as a good will gesture. Both orders arrived for my mother for mothers day in separate boxes. The flowers were upside down in the boxes and were already dry and beginning to wither. Me and especially my 85 year old mother deserved more. My advice, do not use Eflorist.

They had been left at the front door without notifying us and there was someone here all day Saturday. No water on stem bottoms, no preservatives. One of the 5 roses was dead, one broke off at the head as I was arranging them in the vase. It was disappointing as flowers you. Do not use them again!

Paid extra for premium Valentine’s delivery. The flowers never arrived. I was told they were still “on the way” but only received a refund and no delivery. A refund does not fix a missed, time-sensitive occasion. Extremely disappointing and unreliable service. I would not recommend using this company for important events.

AVOID - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I ordered flowers for my step-daughter, and then 2 days later learned she would be out of the country. Eflorist's website says orders can be cancelled, and only give a "possible" exception for same day or next day, but they refused to cancel even though my order was not to be delivered for another 3 days. I went back and forth probably 10 times, including asking to escalate and then sending a message to their complaints department, but any message sent goes back to the same people, and they just talk in circles, ignoring my request to escalate and ignoring the the fact their own website permits cancellations. They clearly do not care about customers, and I am beyond shocked and frustrated that they won't respect their own written policies. AVOID!

Although it States on their site that they accept cancellations, THEY DO NOT!! Attempted to cancel an order literally minutes after an order was placed. Only to be told it was not within their time frame, (obviously seconds!) Correspondence poor, and give excuse after excuse. DO NOT USE THIS USELESS COMPANY!!!

Disgusting, ordered some beautiful flowers for the missus and received some kind of funeral flowers, not worth the £75 pounds I paid for , avoid at all cost , scammers

It’s basically a scam Flowers not delivered and when I emailed them they sent it without the chocolate gift. Don’t ever use this company. You don’t want to be in awkward situations Flowers were not fresh!

I've received dead, browned flowers on next day delivery. Awful, never again. £35 and I wouldn't buy these on offer specifically buys for 50p Ice tryed adding them to water and they have just continued to die. Total waste. I was meant to receive 50 roses, I have 8.

Ordered a dozen red roses for our wedding anniversary and paid extra for guaranteed delivery. Have not received them at all. I would advise nobody to buy from eflorist.

No star woukd be better than one star They rip people of their hard earned money, their bouquets are very expensive and do not look anything like their website photos I tried to get some sort if resolution but they were steadfast about their policies

Sent dead flowers for a heavenly anniversary - so embarrassing that it was the 2nd time I used this florist for the same person. On the 2nd occasion the recipient told me not to use this florist as it was the 2nd time flowers arrived wilted and dead. Terrible customer services who will tell you ‘they’re in bud’ and you’ll see this on their website - they were not ‘in bud’, they were wilted and dead. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST - HUGE EMBARRASSMENT

I have been a customer of Eflorist for… I have been a customer of Eflorist for over 2 years. I’ve ordered nearly every month, imagine this, I ordered a bouquet for my girl for valentines and it never got delivered. On valentines!? This experience caused me unnecessary stress and left my girl with no flowers. There is no customer service also, the flowers are just in the depot. I am never ordering from Eflorist ever again. Imagine a loyal customer of 2 years. Horrible experience

Poorest sad bunch of things I got delivered I’ve thrown better ones away , tried to complain , like pissing against the wind , they are deaf dumb and blind keep away my advice . Also didn’t arrive on correct date, but that’s academic , wouldn’t have used these so called flowers on anything , some reason site would not let me load pathetic pictures!, give them time to open ,pick outside petals off ,that’s the brief wow

What arrived was - can only use the word dire!! One rose, two lilies and not much green/ yellow. I actually showed a work colleague what had arrived and she described it as a posey!!!!!! Definitely not a bouquet. On contacting Customer Services - after a bit of tooing and froing- I was offered a replacement (as had included photos of 'the posey') and it must have eventually been acknowledged that I had received a very poor offering. I had high hopes for the replacement but it was just the same - if not a bit worse as one flower was almost dead. What is received is far from what is advertised so - to avoid disappointment - I advise steering clear.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Ordered a large bunch of flowers for my Auntie as my uncle had recently died. Had a delivery notification and thought all was well. More than two weeks later we receive a message from my auntie saying the flowers were found in an out of the way place and they were dead. So not delivered to the door, left in a safe place or with a neighbour as they say they will do. Customer service won’t help because it’s outside their 7 day window, despite not knowing about the poor delivery until the flowers were found dead some time after. Very distressing for my family in such an awful time. Eflorist, you should be ashamed of yourself for such poor service and a complete unwillingness to help once the problem was brought to your attention. Will never use your company again, and from the look of most of your reviews, I’m not the only one.

This was the worst flower deliver ever received. Nothing like the image with only hand full of flowers partially dead on receipt with the remainder lasting a day.
