This was the worst flower deliver ever received. Nothing like the image with only hand full of flowers partially dead on receipt with the remainder lasting a day.

I'm deeply disappointed with the service. I ordered a bouquet for a very special occasion, but it arrived a day late and looked nothing like what I had chosen. I had selected a large, bright arrangement, but what was delivered was a small, dull, and cheap-looking bouquet. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with them. I gave them another chance, but both times have been equally frustrating. They deserve zero star, if this was an option.

Terrible service, ordered birthday flower on Wednesday for Friday delivery with confirmation email. However received courier message to arrive on Saturday! Contacted customer service, got reply 90% on time but 10% not due to not special delivery? How do I know ! A birthday flowers arrive one day later! Will you accept! Request for a refund with no reply. Terrible service. Never use again and not recommend.

Not at all happy ordered flowers for my boss and the way they turned up looked so bad some flowers where drooping and wiltering already and they was placed next day delivery I emailed to send photos and explain and was told to do all sorts to the flowers and peel petals and stuff etc which my boss did and they don’t look much better but the point is when I order something I want it to look good the minute it arrives and that’s the presentation and was just shocking was quite embarrassing for my boss to receive browned white roses and dying red ones

Order on Friday for sunday, with premium, because it's was birthday surprise. But got email on sunday, that I will not gonna get my parcel on that date, I was shocked. Never ever will order from them again 😔

The flowers looked completely different to the photo and the bunch was extremely small even though I ordered the large bunch. Not worth the money. I also ordered a balloon which never arrived. I emailed the company but have yet to hear anything back. The flowers arrived in a concealed box - I wasn't expecting this as you'd assume they would be delivered in the most visually pleasing way possible. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Will not be ordering again.

Avoid. You'll be very disappointed. Flowers delivered is nothing like what I saw in the picture on their website and paid for.

I needed these flowers for the 15th July, I got an email to say that would be delivered that day, that's why I chose this company. Now can't deliver till the 16th, they take people's money knowing they can't deliver. Must me in a foreign country, as a message came up in another language, I thought they used local florist, would never use again, who knows what their flowers will be like, will request my money back 😡😡

I don't want to give any stars .my daughter thro e florist sent me a thank you bouquet .I was disgusted at what I opened roses were dead heads drooped .leaves all dead had to remove most of them garage flower would put them to shame .my daughter paid good hard earned money for a disgusting bouquet

Shocking customer service. Paid for next day delivery, checked with Yodel tracking apparently delay in sorting hub and would be 3 days! Immediately emailed EFlorist who were closed on Saturday to cancel and get refund as too late for my mother's birthday. Not interested, no refund. Appalling company. SCAM. DO NOT USE

Horrendous- Ordered flowers for my wife and had them sent to her place of work. First lot of flowers never turned up despite saying delivered, chased the company and they had another bunch sent two days later, they turned up, the driver threw them through an open window, box damaged and stems of flowers broken and bent. The sentiment completely ruined as well as the flowers due to pathetic couriers. Would never use again

Ordered Rainbow flowers for my wife's 50th birthday, 3 days prior. Got emails saying it's out for delivery, didn't come. Worst thing was, it was suppose to be a surprise and I pretended that I forgot my wife's birthday. Now she really thinks I forgot, might be the final nail on the coffin. Thanks a bunch.

Would have scored a 0 if possible. Firstly the flowers were meant to be delivered on 4.6.24 for a memorial and have just been delivered this evening of the 5.6.24 and the recipient has now gone away so the flowers have been left at back door. I can see from the delivery photo that the box is damaged. I was expecting a lovely moonlight bouquet as advertised on website not a damaged box of flowers. Goodness knows what state the flowers inside the box are in. I wish I had taken the time to read reviews before ordering and I wouldn't have bothered. Your customer service chat line is inadequate and none of the phone numbers work. I also tried to contact by email but the email didn't work. I am so disappointed and your company should be ashamed. I certainly wont be using eflorist again.

I am utterly disgusted by the abysmal service provided by your company. Despite booking my delivery in advance for my wife's 40th birthday, you callously cancelled on the day of delivery, completely ruining the special occasion. The fact that there was no remorse or compassion shown is truly despicable. To add insult to injury, the redelivery consisted of a cheaper bunch of flowers and was missing the chocolates that were initially promised. I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of your incompetent and heartless business. The lack of accountability and customer care demonstrated is reprehensible. Rest assured, I will make it my mission to inform others of the atrocious service they can expect from your establishment. You have not only lost my trust and business, but you have also tarnished what should have been a memorable celebration. Consider this email a warning to all potential customers - avoid this bunch of cons at all costs. Your disappointment and regret will be inevitable if you choose to engage with this disgraceful company.

I can’t put 0 stars as it doesn’t allow me to but I’m seriously disappointed with this service. It was my first and LAST time I use this service. I had made an error on the delivery address and realised this as soon as I had placed the order and consequently contacted eflorist to be told it’s ’too Late ‘ It was simply just an error on the first line of address and should be a ‘simple fix’ but apparently not according to the customer service reply of which I was ‘shut down’ I highly recommend that you don’t waste your money on this so called ‘service’ A VERY disappointed customer !

The worst delivery impact ever. I am soooo embarrassed. I sent a bunch of flowers that looked beautiful in the photo but the ones received occupied a fifth of the space, buds unopened and others open but wilted. It looked pathetic. And then there is absolutely nooo customer service post-purchase or email or way of complaining. Do not use this company. you will get the opposite effect of what you desire which is to let someone know you're thinking about them and that you care.

Ordered two bouquets for two important events: Anniversary and mums birthday. Ordered well in advance but both delivered late! Won’t be using them again as looks like you haven’t bothered! Didn’t go down well. When paying postage and ordered in good time you expect decent service! What’s the point in requesting a delivery date if don’t deliver to it!

When you order on line you know that what you actually receive will be slightly different from the image online. But with EFlorist, what we got was nothing like what we ordered. We ordered some bright colourful flowers that were supposed to be presented in a pouch of water…..what we got was a lot of green foliage with a small number of flowers wrapped in brown paper. I was hoping the gift would arrive at my wife’s work and she could place it on her desk……not a chance with what was delivered. And when I raised it with customer services, they weren’t interested. Won’t be using them again
