The flowers were ok but delivery went to wrong address and when reported was told that it couldn’t be sorted till the Tuesday following. I know it was weekend but but as it was early in the morning thought it could have been sorted that day. We actually sorted ourselves ,,,

It is impossible to get in touch with the company to complain. I ordered Christmas bouquet on 22 of December for my niece to be delivered in Norwich. It said on website free chocolates comes with my order and I ordered a candle ,I paid 4.99.To my big disappointment was delivered just a bouquet! I would like to get my 4.99£ back

Flowers to be delivered 3 days after I ordered for Xmas. Nothing arrived and had to phone customer service, who told me they would be delivered, but nothing happened, so had to phone again and they stated the flowers and chocs were no longer available and would be prepared to give refund, which they did. This meant I was very dissapointed that my friend did not get the surprise flowers. I feel I cannot use this Company again.

Flowers didn’t at all resemble marketing photo. Customer Service did nothing to resolve the problem.

I ordered 3 bouquets: one was sent to the wrong address and was more than half dead by the time it was received; one was found upside down by the dustbin; and the third seemed to arrive safely. I am disgusted by your service and suggest that a considerable refund would be in order. I now read, in your reviews,that I am not the only customer to have been treated this way. I feel very badly let down J McGilvray

Awful service. Ordered flowers for a Christmas gift. Received multiple notifications saying it had been delivered when this was untrue. Contacted Eflorist and the service was poor. I won’t be ordering from this site again.

Usually the flowers in the hand delivered bouquets are great and last sadly not this time

I sent a complaint to your website about my order, but I did not receive a response from you, much to my regret. The flowers in the bouquet were all broken. The birthday girl's holiday was ruined

Unfortunately the mistake about delivery was my own fault, I think that I leant to weakly on one of the numbers on my daughters Address but it came to a happy ending as the house where it was delivered found her

The Roses were for my wife,s Birthday and I expected delivery in the morning, however they failed to arrive on time and as we were expected for a family party in Nottingham, they did not arrive before we had to travel. Although they were finally on the door step when we arrived late evening it was a total disappointment. In future I will buy the flowers from a local florist.

Flowers half dead when they arrived the 2 photos are back and front views don't look like the Christmas wish bouquet I paid 26.99 for.
