Delivery 3 days late. Flowers not great. Given the opportunity for replacement flowers, which did not happen, after much follow up communication with customer service Wont use eflorist again

My sister did not receive her flowers as they were delivered to the wrong address. I did type one letter wrong on the post code but the house number, Rroad name and village were correct. As gesesture of goodwill eflorist could have sent a small bunch of flowers as a good will gesture to the correct address and I would be happy to use you again. Any good business should make a gesture to a future customer. I have dyslexia so can make these frustrating mistakes. Yours I Morris.

I ordered a bouquet chocolates and a teddy for my very sick friend in France money was taken said order was accepted to be delivered next day. Only to receive an email saying my money was being put back into my bank 9 days ago still no refund and no gift for my sick friend I was so disappointed

You cancelled my last order without my permission and without letting me know, for no reason. And worst still this order was a birthday present. I’ve never had a proper apology or reason why and still waiting for refund? NOT HAPPY 😡

One of my orders was left in the dustbin with no say wher they were. If the bins had been emptied they would not have received But they say on their ccctv where the driver had left them and got then out. I am very disappointed with this barbara gibson.

I specifically choose eflorist because I was able to select a delivery date before Christmas. It was an overseas delivery to my Aunt and therefore very special. At £64 including a service charge for the delivery, this was not a cheap purchase. The flowers were delivered after Christmas with no notification that they were not delivered on time or reason why, and when they arrived they were not representative of the bouquet ordered. Stems were broken and flowers half dead, half of the bouquet was unable to be vased. This was so disappointing, and when I complained I was given a ‘goodwill gesture’ of £18 as a refund. This is less than a third of what I spent on the flowers. There were no options to spend less on a smaller bouquet so I expect a full intact bouquet to be delivered, the flowers advertised were not unusual flowers so I don’t expect all of them to be substituted for what it seems to be whatever was left at the florist after Christmas. Add this to them not being delivered on time, simply is not good enough and poor service. I have used other services before to send flowers to the US regularly without issue, and the one time there was it was dealt with quickly and with satisfactory recompense, so I will go back to them and never use eflorist again. I include photos of what bouquet should have looked like and what my Aunt ended up with - it’s easy to see which is which….

The flowers were ok but delivery went to wrong address and when reported was told that it couldn’t be sorted till the Tuesday following. I know it was weekend but but as it was early in the morning thought it could have been sorted that day. We actually sorted ourselves ,,,

It is impossible to get in touch with the company to complain. I ordered Christmas bouquet on 22 of December for my niece to be delivered in Norwich. It said on website free chocolates comes with my order and I ordered a candle ,I paid 4.99.To my big disappointment was delivered just a bouquet! I would like to get my 4.99£ back

Flowers to be delivered 3 days after I ordered for Xmas. Nothing arrived and had to phone customer service, who told me they would be delivered, but nothing happened, so had to phone again and they stated the flowers and chocs were no longer available and would be prepared to give refund, which they did. This meant I was very dissapointed that my friend did not get the surprise flowers. I feel I cannot use this Company again.

Flowers didn’t at all resemble marketing photo. Customer Service did nothing to resolve the problem.

I ordered 3 bouquets: one was sent to the wrong address and was more than half dead by the time it was received; one was found upside down by the dustbin; and the third seemed to arrive safely. I am disgusted by your service and suggest that a considerable refund would be in order. I now read, in your reviews,that I am not the only customer to have been treated this way. Awful service. Ordered flowers for a Christmas gift. Received multiple notifications saying it had been delivered when this was untrue. Contacted Eflorist and the service was poor. I won’t be ordering from this site again.

I sent a complaint to your website about my order, but I did not receive a response from you, much to my regret. The flowers in the bouquet were all broken. The birthday girl's holiday was ruined
