Paid the extra delivery fee just to make sure my flowers were delivered on the chosen day but 2 days later they still didn't manage to accomplish their obligation. Impossible yo get in touch with anyone ever since

The flowers was nothing like the flowers in your picture it was half the size of the one in your advert and certain flowers were not in it then when it was delivered by Amazon the driver rang the bell threw the box on the step and went when my cousin took it in the box was flat at the top end as if something heavy had been on it these flowers were a present for my cousin birthday I was disappointed when she told me I have used your firm many times but after this I will not be doing any more business with you

Birthday flowers did not arrive on designated day. Had to go online for a replacement order which arrived ten days after birthday. Also a bouquet ordered for a December birthday in Belgium never arrived. So much time spent on computer trying to sort this out. I shan't be using this company again.

Ordered flowers and card for a birthday didn’t arrive on birthday , pointless waste of money , I thought as it was a flower delivering company that they would have the deliveries on point ,as flowers go off if they’re not fresh and if sent with a Birthday card all the more date sensitive.Avoid avoid this company!!!

I ordered Orange Blossom for my daughter’s birthday on the 1st January. The arrangement, chocolates and Prosecco were delivered on 31st December, the requested date. The actual arrangement was disgusting. It was supposed to have roses, carnations and Alstroemerias. There were 6 pathetic roses, droopy gum leaves NO ALSTROEMERIAS OR CARNATIONS. My daughter said it was use thrown together before delivery with no attempt at an arrangement. I chose that arrangement because my daughter is Australian and would appreciate the gum leaves. I ordered it from Australia and presumed it would be made up as ordered. I feel a replacement arrangement would be a decent gesture. I will never order through this company again. Australians don’t like being ripped off. Sarah.

I ordered a large bunch of roses & freesia as a pre-christmas thank you present for a relative. The flowers arrived and looked lovely, in bud as expected, however none of the roses opened (10 in total) and after 8 days they had to be thrown in the bin as they looked terrible. I contacted the customer services and was told there was nothing they could do as I hadn't reported it within 7 days of delivery. It was obvious from the photos I provided that the flowers were not in good condition and that the state of them hadn't happened overnight between day 7 and 8. Despite this, my complaint was never followed up and I feel like the flowers were a complete waste of money.

Delivery 3 days late. Flowers not great. Given the opportunity for replacement flowers, which did not happen, after much follow up communication with customer service Wont use eflorist again

My sister did not receive her flowers as they were delivered to the wrong address. I did type one letter wrong on the post code but the house number, Rroad name and village were correct. As gesesture of goodwill eflorist could have sent a small bunch of flowers as a good will gesture to the correct address and I would be happy to use you again. Any good business should make a gesture to a future customer. I have dyslexia so can make these frustrating mistakes. Yours I Morris.

I ordered a bouquet chocolates and a teddy for my very sick friend in France money was taken said order was accepted to be delivered next day. Only to receive an email saying my money was being put back into my bank 9 days ago still no refund and no gift for my sick friend I was so disappointed

You cancelled my last order without my permission and without letting me know, for no reason. And worst still this order was a birthday present. I’ve never had a proper apology or reason why and still waiting for refund? NOT HAPPY 😡

One of my orders was left in the dustbin with no say wher they were. If the bins had been emptied they would not have received But they say on their ccctv where the driver had left them and got then out. I am very disappointed with this barbara gibson.

I specifically choose eflorist because I was able to select a delivery date before Christmas. It was an overseas delivery to my Aunt and therefore very special. At £64 including a service charge for the delivery, this was not a cheap purchase. The flowers were delivered after Christmas with no notification that they were not delivered on time or reason why, and when they arrived they were not representative of the bouquet ordered. Stems were broken and flowers half dead, half of the bouquet was unable to be vased. This was so disappointing, and when I complained I was given a ‘goodwill gesture’ of £18 as a refund. This is less than a third of what I spent on the flowers. There were no options to spend less on a smaller bouquet so I expect a full intact bouquet to be delivered, the flowers advertised were not unusual flowers so I don’t expect all of them to be substituted for what it seems to be whatever was left at the florist after Christmas. Add this to them not being delivered on time, simply is not good enough and poor service. I have used other services before to send flowers to the US regularly without issue, and the one time there was it was dealt with quickly and with satisfactory recompense, so I will go back to them and never use eflorist again. I include photos of what bouquet should have looked like and what my Aunt ended up with - it’s easy to see which is which….
