Misleading marketing. Poor value for money. A £5.00 bunch of flowers at best, charged, at a reduced special price? imagine if pay the stated £35 , would have been even more hacked off! No chocolates included. 6 stems of flowers , total cost £35.00. No customer service as such, and a discount of 15% off next order, which I most certainly won't be placing.

Ordered yellow roses and fresia bouquet as thank you gift. Unfortunately the roses died after three days. Very disappointed.

The bouquet I ordered wasn't the cheapest choice and it arrived looking like a £5 bunch of flowers from the supermarket! More twigs and leaves than actual flowers. 3 stems of freesias and 5 roses! Definitely not worth the money!

As a first time customer I was very disappointed with the Rose's that I ordered for my fiance for our anniversary when they arrived they were already past their best and looked wilted and nearly dead. The delivery was quick and was kept informed at every step of the delivery process was just a shame they wasnt great when they arrived.

the flowers were not delivered on the day the should have been although the driver said they had been delivered????No one could find them no one from EFlorist has ans my concerns they did eventually turned up from were who knows but no chocolates very disappointed they were for my 101yr old father who loves bright flowers and choc

Xmas has been tough for my wife as she has had a minor operation leading up to myself having spinal surgery. As I couldn't get out of the house to get her a present I thought of flowers to show her my appreciation and love for looking after me post op despite her own problems. I ordered the "moonlight" bouquet to arrive Dec 23rd. It arrived on time but was a poor imitation of the picture shown on your website. ( I have pictures for comparison). I doubt I will use you again unless I can trust the advertising. It almost borders on mis- selling does it not? Sorry to go off on one but this was important to me at this special time of year and I feel let down by you.

Flowers were delivered to my sister on day requested. However, the bouquet looked nothing like the image online. It consisted of yellow chrysanthemums opened and closed and 2 pink roses. Disappointed doesn't begin to cover how I feel. I won't use EFlorist again. Apologies for quality of received flowers

Usually this company deliver good flowers on time. This time however the flowers were of very poor quality and certainly not worth the money, they were a gift and was somewhat embarrassing.

Delivery agent left flowers up side alley with no attempt to contact recipient. After a day I asked recipient to look around, whereupon they discovered flowers and saw flowers being dumped on cctv. Nice surprise totally spoilt.

I ordered a bouquet to sned to my husband's parents in France. All fine, or so it appeared. When it didn't arrive on the specified date I enquired as to the reason why. Only at this point was I informed that my chosen item wasn't available for overseas delivery. It was, at this point in time too late to send any flowers in time for Christmas. Such a shame as previous orders have always been of good quality & delivered on time, but because of this most recent experience, I won't be using Eflorist in the future. All that was needed was a little information on the website.

order went smoothly until the transport destroyed the package and the shipment was cancelled. the new shipment arrived quickly, the very next day. But I think the flower bouquet was much more modest than what was ordered (medium Rose&Lily), I'm disappointed in that. It was a christmas gift to My daughter in England, I am from Finland.

Ordering was relatively easy but delivery wasn't good. It arrived so late in the day that the office they were sent to couldn't accept them. All customer service said was it could be delivered up to 9pm.

The flowers where left/ thrown behind a fence in the back of the house. I rang my friend the day after to see if she had received the flowers & she said that she had not. She decided to investigate going out of the back door & found them behind the fence. The box was sodden & in a poor condition. I’m not Happy with this delivery. If not leaving them at the front door then at least leave a note through the letterbox to say where they have been left??

Ordered flowers to be delivered a couple of days later, but when I asked the recipient if she received them, she didn't know what I was talking about!!!!! Supposed to be delivered by Amazon, but there was a problem, so sent it back with no notification from Eflorist. Very disappointed & due to delivery problems, won't use again

I ordered flowers for an elderly friend of my mums, in which the box was damaged when they arrived as you can in the picture below. I didnt realise they were delivered by Amazon as I have seen how some the Of the Amazon parcels get handled. After contacting one of your agents, they replied asking me for photos of the flowers, in which I can understand but when you purchase flowers as gifts you dont want to keep going back to the person who reviewed them asking for photos. When the person in question received them she sent a photo asking are these from your mum which is the box in the picture below, they’re beautiful but I did have to throw a few away as they were bent. I apologised and said I’m glad you like them, I’m certainly not gonna go back and forwards asking for photos, she’s an elderly lady.. After explaining all this, I heard nothing back from yourselves. However the flowers that were not damaged were lovely and she was happy! Nice customer service, especially at Christmas time

I have ordered twice from this company. The flowers are excellent value for money and last up to 3 weeks but the delivery service via Amazon is appalling. Twice they have not arrived when they should have done and twice I have had to contact customer service, whom I must say are very good. They have re-ordered the flowers for me and got them to their destination the next day. If this had happened in the first place, you would have received 5 stars.

I sent a bouquet of white roses to a friend whose party I was attending. I arrived on the same day as the bouquet. It was wrapped well and delivered on time. I was so disappointed when I saw that the roses were in full bloom, not buds, and visibly wilting. I tried to contact eflorist but until this request for a review they were nigh impossible to contact. Very disappointed I will not use the company again. Jessica Plantier
