Am happy to help other customers but would like you to read it too! I sent a large bouquet to my sister in law for her 70th birthday. I know you always say they're delivered in bud but the overall condition of the flowers was very disappointing. It was delivered by Amazon, which I hadn't heard of before for delivering your flowers, and from following the delivery timeline, it went 150 miles from Milton Keynes (collected on one evening) and not delivered until tea time the following day to Wakefield (virtually Leeds). I was trying to do something special for her but it had obviously been on a van for at least 24 hours with no water. Have used E-Florist several times but this was the most disappointing

Nothing wrong with the flowers, but was very disappointed with the delivery time. Amazon did not deliver them to my daughter’s home until 18.45. September 21 st is a very sad day for her I hoped she would receive them much earlier in the day, not well into the evening!!

Sent a bouquet to a friend and I suspected it wasn’t a surprise as hoped. I popped round to see her and they were so sad looking, drooping heads and very small number of flowers. Expensive mistake.

Flowers looked nothing like what I ordered! It seems they used all the small, cheap flowers! Not happy at all! I contacted eflorist and all they said is, the colour scheme matched the description so nothing could be done. Will not be using again!

The flowers were due to arrive on my friend's birthday, a Sunday. They didn't arrive. I had an email the folliwing day, with no apology, saying they would be delivered on the Monday. They arrived late in the day & looked very droopy. I have ordered from you in the past, & been very pleased with the flowers & service. I will not be using you again.

Delivered on time but daughter disappointed in multicolour roses. Very small buds and droopy told not worth price I paid so disappointed about that

Bouquet was disappointing (had clearly been thrown around in transport) - box was damaged and chocolates were missing. Contacted customer services and still waiting to hear back (it’s been a week). Price was okay. Delivery was at gone 8pm in the dark and left on doorstep (despite the order staying that the 76 year old recipient would benefit from a morning or daytime delivery).

I ordered a special bouquet with chocolates and vase for a very special birthday. I paid the additional $10 option to ensure it was delivered on the day. This didn’t happen! I was very disappointed in the entire experience. The latest way of communicating via the website was long and laborious without the option of speaking to a real person. At one stage I was convinced I was communicating with a computer as the message was not getting through. The new date given did work although the am time was not met. As the occasion had passed It was very disappointing.. I have used this company in the past with no problem the service then was reliable.

Missed delivery date, customer service of no help and then stopped responding. Flowers left on doorstep despite no one being at home to receive (because they missed delivery date by 2 days). Once received, a few flower stems were broken. Customer service again of no help, didn’t respond to message. I can’t stress enough how terrible the service was. Please go elsewhere and save your money. The difference in cost of flowers is not worth the stress and agitation buying from eflorist.

The box was left on the doorstep ripped and battered this was a gift so not a very nice to look at definitely won't order again

The flowers were delivered late in the day and to the wrong address and left in the open. A passer by saw them the next day and kindly took them to the right house. The blooms were lovely and well packed but the gift card was missing. I'd be reluctant to order again if the same courier is used.

Beautiful flowers, but not delivered to address, had notice to say they had been left at main gate but in fact had been left in a neighbours hedge and he found them the next morning!! I suggest you use new courier!

Disappointed with the quality of flowers. They lasted barely two days! Second bunch I ordered within a two week period - both the same. Won’t be using eflorist in future. Would not recommend.

With the not-so-cheap handling/shipping charge, I'd expect better. The flowers did arrive on the designated day, yet the driver didn't knock and just left the box by the door. It was that email notification saying 'package delivered' telling me I had to go check where the box was. And it could've easily been stolen. Upon unboxing the flowers, they simply looked REALLY sad (see pic).

Bouquet arrived four days late and a replacement only sent after I contacted customer service completely spoiled the surprise
