I ordered one hundred rose at a cost of seventy plus pound with Lindt chocolates Over one hundred and dirt arrived with one box of Lindt chocolate. I was charged over two hundred pond on Y credit card! Please reimburse me . The flowers ere very nice though. Tim Delay.

The flowers were for an elderly lady, they were delivered at 6pm when a birthday was nearly over.

The flowers I ordered were delivered but NOT directly to the person. They were left in the hallway of a block of flats and my friend had no knowledge that they were there. She is handicapped and was in the flat the whole time. It was only when I rang to see if she had got them that her helper went out to find them, My email stated. That they had been delivered. JI have bought from you before and was extremely satisfied on that occasion.

I recently ordered a bouquet for my mums birthday. The flowers were beautiful but delivered to the wrong address! I received confirmation the flowers had been delivered yet my mum didn't have them. Around an hour later a lovely lady brought them to her, with the correct address clearly on the package, yet delivered incorrectly. I would not order from here again! 😒

Flowers delivered were in a damaged packaging,flowers were not in bud plus other flowers were included and were not specific to what I ordered. These were for my sisters birthday 🎂 who has just been diagnosed with lymphoma so I wanted these to be special for her day. Cannot add photo

I feel mislead the picture showed the flowers in a vase. The chocolates are a miniature box Not worthÂŁ30.00 you can go to a nearsupermarket and buy much better. Really dissatisfied customer. Would not use again.

Flowers looked nothing like the photo - about 1/4 size and foliage dead on arrival. I was embarrassed that my friend received such a terrible bouquet. I complained to eflorist but they said flowers were acceptable. I won’t use again.

1 week before my mothers birthday i order flowers to be delivered on june 2nd, then on the 1st or 2nd june i receive a mail saying that they will be delivered by Amazon on the 3rd. I send a mail immédiatly to customer service saying that they must be delivered as scheduled on the 2nd, am still waiting for a reply.... but delivered on 2nd after all... Bouquet delivered and photo internet below.... verry deceiving...

No card was left with the flowers despite one being requested with the quote “thinking of you” on it. The recipient had no idea who the flowers were from because of this.

Flowers as described, but a box of chocolates which were included were missing, I expect to have delivered what I ordered, don’t advertise if you can’t deliver, I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be using again!!!!

I ordered flowers for my mother to arrive on the anniversary of my dad's death. They didn't arrive until the day after. I saw the flowers 2 days later and thought they were poor value for money. I had ordered the medium bouquet, supposedly bigger than standard. There were hardly any flowers in it and the roses were already browning and wilting. Not impressed.

The flowers were delivered at approx five o'clock, by which time the flowers were starting to wilt. No doubt this was due to being in a van all day. This is no ones fault but rather a poor business model where the delivery is subcontracted rather than kept in house , where staff would have more appreciation of handling the flowers.

Unfortunately, although I was informed later by e-mail that the flowers would not be delivered on the date ordered, the flowers were delivered a day later than requested which missed the anniversary of my fathers death and the whole point of sending them in the first place. Also, the flowers were dry and droopy when they did arrive as the stems were not wrapped in any sort of moist material. Consequently, they did not last and were not particularly nice. All round very disppointing.

Yodels fault. Ordered an anniversary bouquet. Yodel had it on time and confirmed delivery on correct date. It didn’t happen. EFlorist promised a refund. The bouquet did arrive but 2 days after our anniversary having been in the back of a van at sub zero temps. Currently awaiting the promised refund to appear on my account.
