Delivered on date asked for, but didn’t realise that it would be so late at night, 19:12. It was a thank you for a lady who went above and beyond to help me - I had given her work address, so it would be a surprise. The offices were closed, just lucky the cleaners were in and took delivery or goodness knows where they would have been left! I have tried to double check your T&C’s and can’t see anywhere that delivery could be so late, I presumed it would be during normal working hours ie 08:00 to 17:00. Wouldn’t use again.

Very disappointed the flowers were for my mums 85th birthday, Very few flowers not 49.99 worth's wont use again

The flowers were poor quality and very droopy, didn’t look as if they would last the day. Very disappointed as they were for my sisters 65th birthday. Not sure if I will use this service again.

Disappointed overall. originally I ordered a bouquet of flowers advertised as same day delivery, only to receive text message to say unfortunately no florist is available to do my order I was given a 2nd choice so I agree to it not realising till after order was placed that my order will be delivered 48 hours later and when they were, they were dry and limp for the price I feel it's unacceptable also same day delivery shouldn't advertise that you can, very let down by the service overall.

The flowers received weren’t very good quite disappointed with them. For the money spent I think saving £20+ we should have bought supermarket flowers. Also the delivery was terrible flowers left on the door step on a busy main road an email sent to say delivered with a photo. We don’t monitor our email 24 hours per day so that was pointless message a call or tx would have been Better. Also the delivery driver did not attempt to contact the person in the flat they were sat waiting for the flowers. Overall conclusion we will shop elsewhere in future.

Disappointed that the medium bouquet I ordered was quite small and did not contain as many flowers as I thought it would. Would not buy again. Easy to place order, delivered on time.

Flowers arrived 24 hours late. Tried contacting help desk via email and Twitter but received no response on the day. Finally received Courier tracking number just before midnight on expected delivery day but too late for Birthday surprise. Flowers were dry but a good size bunch and revived well after a few hours in water

Very disappointing flowers. I happened to see what was sent as I visited my friend. Nothing like the picture I ordered from and definitely not worth what I spent.

Oh dear. Seems like I should have read the reviews before ordering. Same happened to me. Ordered Friday for Saturday delivery. Delivered Sunday, tiny bunch of flowers and a box of only 4 chocolates. Very disappointed.

Took up an email discount offer for 2 bouquets. Checked credit card and full amount taken. I phoned customer services who told me it would be rectified and an email to confirm being sent yesterday. Nothing as yet

Very disappointed as My aunt did not receive the chocolates and candle that I purchased to go with flowers . Yes, It is very disappointing.

Although the flowers arrived on time and looked good when they arrived, they only lasted about 3 days before wilting, particularly the lilies. My wife looked after them as instructed and they were kept away from heat. Dissapointed
