My same day flower delivery didn’t happen. I had to chase it up and was then told they couldn’t find a florist to do my order. I was unhappy I wasn’t contacted about this . A refund was given quickly which was the only good thing really.

Ordered 07:00 the day before and paid top P&P. Flowers were delivered 35 hours later after she had left work. Had to give them to her the day after her Birthday.

The website and the promise is better than the delivery and the presentation. Delivery 2/5 - I couldn't get a delivery time. Throughout the day I got notifications that the flowers left the depot at 10.30am and were going to be delivered today, which I appreciated at first, but started to worry when they still hadn't arrived by 4pm. They did eventually arrive toward the end of the day but it was too late for our team to present them to the colleague who was going on maternity leave. Presentation 2/5 - the blue cardboard box with delivery stickers is not very glamorous. The wrap is about as high-quality as a petrol station's bouquet. And the flowers are cable-tied in place. The overall presentation simply lacked the premium feel of the website photos. Didn't meet expectations. Flowers 3/5 - the bouquet looked good, but was smaller than I thought and they were not in water as I had expected (from the web pictures), which made me worry they won't be as fresh and vibrant after a few days.

The order was easy to make and I was kept notified of progress but the person who received the flowers said they were a poor bunch and not all fresh.

Loved the speed at which eflorist could deliver...so far so good. Chose a beautiful summery handtied bunch. What arrived was far from the photograph. I emailed eflorist who said that the flowers were in bud wait a little longer. The next day the gerberas had flopped and the rose was dropping petals. I again emailed with further photos and without quibble was offered a refund which I took.

The parcel arrived a day after the scheduled delivery date, it was partially damaged and opened. The flowers looked "tired". The previous package I ordered from you was much better. Not your fault probably.

I was disappointed that I did not receive any tracking email from the delivery courier as stated when I ordered the flowers. It was purely via an email enquiry to customer services that I was informed the flowers were delivered. Also, the recipient of the flowers put out a message on Facebook to ask who sent the flowers - sadly, the message card was not delivered with the flowers! I hope my other order for Sept will be more successful!!! Very disappointed!

The2 orders arrived as scheduled, but the flowers were rather disappointing. They were no better than i could have picked up at a local garage for a fraction of the price. Not really what I would expect based on the image and description on the website. I'm only relieved I didn't order the small option, or I would have been even more embarrassed.

Disappointed! The easiest bit was ordering, ordered 3 days prior to delivery and then they still didn’t deliver on the birthday so had to call and spoil the surprise and apologise! Then to be sent a picture when they did arrive after 430pm a day late, for them to be nothing like what they were on the website! Disappointing!

My precious bouquet that I ordered was beautiful . However, I am Very disappointed with my 2nd delivery . A very small bouquet and the flowers were all squashed in the cellophane😞

I’m sorry but for the money I spent I am very disappointed in size of beauque t I spent £41 something. For a large When I saw it I could have cried it was more like a small Not happy

Advertised a same day delivery which couldn't be fulfilled. Offered a full refund but by the time I was advised, its was too late to go elsewhere so I stayed with the order. Flowers were lovely but I was so disappointed that the timescale was incorrect.

I ordered for a 60th birthday and they arrived late as they had sat in a depot for a day on tracking order. I contacted company and they said despite my specific order day they could be delivered later and this was specified on the order at time of order. I will never order from this company again

The flowers my mum received were damaged in the box and barely lasted 3 days, was a real shame for the cost

Ordered flowers to be delivered on a certain day. Ordered with plenty of notice but they arrived the day after the requested delivery date.
