Happy with the flowers. Delivery was very late 9 pm and they forgot the free chocolates.

Not good. Found out that hospital does not accept flowers and advised of alternative address for delivery - they continued to try and deliver to the hospital so a complete waste of £25

The flowers were lovely but the card I’d spent ages writing was missing so the recipient didn’t even know who’d sent them, never mind what they were for. I emailed but a week later ive had no response. Very disappointing

The flowers are quite wilted on delivery, with damaged petals (which cannot be revived). They do not create a good impression on the receiver and look quite cheap. I would not recommend.

The ordering process was great however disappointed with the flowers received. I ordered a large bouquet and would hate to see what the medium size looked like. Pitiful to say the least.

Flowers arrived on time. Followed care instructions but unfortunately withered and drooping a couple of days later. Didn’t last long at all.

I ordered and used the down drop for a dress as had previously ordered .something went wrong and the postcode was not right although the whole Rest of the address as correct so my delivery didn’t arrive although emails said it was out for delivery but where did it go no ones knows and no one could Help .£35 down the drain

Hugely disappointed with the recent bouquet of flowers I ordered for my mother’s 80th birthday. Ordered a large bouquet, which I understand comes in bud but even after a couple of days looked like a small bouquet, bearing in mind this is worth £50 . They were not well presented and didn’t even have any gypsaphelia to pad them out.

Very disappointed with the flowers, upgraded to the medium thinking the small would not be enough but on receipt i would have guessed they were the small option. No complaints about the quality of the flowers just the quantity. As they were for a birthday present we were too embarrassed to just give these so went out and bough an orchid as well. We have bought from other suppliers in the past with no problems, will not be using Eflorist again.

The bouquet was lovely but was not the one I picked in the online picture (different flowers, no roses, different colours) so 2* out of 5.

when you order there is an extra slightly surprising box that allows you to pay an extra fee for making sure that the flowers arrived on time I did pay this somewhat reluctantly, but the flowers still did not arrive on the right day and as it was a birthday this was a bit of a disaster. disappointed and I doubt I will use e-florist again

I ordered a bouquet a week in advance .10th November to be delivered 17th November Giving plenty of time 5 whole working days .. 7 including the weekend. I received an email order confirmation including delivery date confirmation 17th November. The day before the delivery date (16th November )I received an email saying the bouquet will be delivered on the 18th November! I immediately contacted customer service team! Only to be told I had to allow 1-2 working days either side. I had already done this at the time of order. I think 5 working days is a sufficient time allowance if this is the case. Very unsatisfactory response , very disappointing service.

The flowers I picked for my daughter were nothing like the ones she received, half the flowers were missing that were in the picture she was also supposed to get free chocolates which she didn't get , won't be getting flowers here again ,very disappointing 😞

The flowers were delivered very late on the day chosen. Amazon did not knock/ring the bell and so the recipient didn't know flowers had been sent to them at all on their special day. I will not be using Eflorist again.

I paid for a luxury bouquet of flowers £48 upon receipt I could have easily bought a bunch from the supermarket for £15 very disappointed, I did complain however was told the flowers hadn’t not bloomed that was the reason why they looked different to what was advertised

I ordered flowers for my sister a week before her birthday, asking for them to be delivered on her birthday, she didn't receive them until 2 days after her birthday so i feel very let down, all the communication said they would arrive on the day but they didn't. There was so much notice to get it right so I'm not impressed!

To say the bouquet was a bit sparse, is an understatement, nothing like what was in their advertising. I won’t be using them again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

I recently ordered two deliveries for different people to arrive a day before a funeral. One delivery was fine but the second one never arrived?? I’ve tried endlessly to email, no reply, phone no answer!! Now I’m hoping I’ll get a response from this. I had notification from Amazon to say flowers could not be delivered and to contact eflorist. As already said I’m still trying a week later. So no flowers delivered, no refund, in fact nothing. Very disappointed and frustrated!!!
