when you order there is an extra slightly surprising box that allows you to pay an extra fee for making sure that the flowers arrived on time
I did pay this somewhat reluctantly, but the flowers still did not arrive on the right day and as it was a birthday this was a bit of a disaster.
disappointed and I doubt I will use e-florist again
