Very disappointed ordered flowers for delivery on the 19th and they still have not been delivered. The anniversary was the on 21st. Requested info and nothing received.

Unsure of what day the flowers were to be delivered. When they were, some were limp due to no moisture in the package at all. Also thought there would have been a few more in the package. I’ve used Eflorist before with no complaint so know the normal standard.

I was very disappointed with the size of the bouquet received. I ordered a medium sized bouquet and it barely passed for a small sized one

I do not feel that eflorist offers value for money. I do not think that 6 flowers delivered is acceptable. in fact, I was embarrassed to visit my friend and see them.

As a first time costumer,was dissapionted with the small bunch sent,the picture in the irder was large which it didnt piont out to you. So not very good value for money Also the packaging was damaged too.

Have used before and always had good service and delivered on time. However, ordered the flowers with plenty of time for friends 60th Birthday. They did NOT arrive on friends birthday, they arrived at 17.30 hrs the following day, so missed my friends special birthday. Very disappointed, unfortunately won’t use again. No update to say delayed, arrived over 24 hours late.

Birthday flowers were not delivered on the chosen day, but a day later in the late evening. Bouquet was nice and the recipient was happy to get it, but it was not on the day it was meant to be delivered. No info from eFlorist or delivery company though, I had to chase them myself to get the generic feedback of "oh, we have 95% success rate with delivery on the chosen date but we sometimes are late, teehee, don't worry, flowers are going to be fine". So the flowers were lovely and matching the photo, but the customer service and delivery flopped.

Ridiculous delivery time and customer services. I ordered flowers 5 days ago and still haven’t received them. They’re set to be delivered tomorrow because I was told a new bouquet had to be sent out, but I was also told there was no way they could refund me any of the costs of delivery etc. and no way of compensating me on such a late delivery. Luckily the bouquet isn’t for a special event, but if it was I would be extremely unhappy if they arrived this late. All I have been offered is 15% off my next order, which is just a generic coupon you could find anywhere. It’s not what I expect from a company that claims to have “next day delivery” and I expected some sort of compensation for the extremely bad delivery timing other than a generic coupon code I could’ve found anywhere!

Ordered the rustic basket for orange/brown and a pot with yellow flowers delivered. Waste of time perusing the website.

Flowered delivered two days late without explanation. It was an important date that I had ordered flowers for. Very disappointed and sad.

Paid for a large bunch of roses and carnations ( blessings bouquet) that should of been in bud. Arrived a day late....in full bloom to the point of shrivelled and discolored. Was very disappointed by the size and state ...some were also broke and had to be discarded.

Placed order and flowers were due to be delivered on Friday. Yodel was courier used and they sent text to say flowers had been delivered but they hadn't. Wrote email to say disappointed and give praise when it's due Eflorist email back and sent replacement flowers out., but unfortunately the moment had passed, fingers crossed they get it right 2nd time.

Had an email saying that my order couldn't be fulfilled due to availability and had until 4pm to reply and sort something else but because I was at work I didn't see the email until late evening and was totally unaware that my stepmother had not received her birthday flowers 😕

I ordered flowers for my 14-year-old Neice. It was important that she received them on Wednesday. She actually received them on Friday. The flowers were delivered to her school on Wednesday (the intended day), but the timing was off. The flowers were delivered at 15.16pm 4 mins before the school closing time. This caused a delay in my niece receiving the flowers. Causing this uncle of hers feeling disappointed. This could have been avoided if priority was put in place for flowers being delivered to a school. It's left me feeling really bad as an uncle whose niece's happiness means everything to him.

Nothing was wrong in terms of the delivery and the recipient loved the flowers, but when she sent me a photo of the bouquet, I was very disappointed. It looked like a £5 bunch from Tesco not like the website photo at all.
