Birthday present arrived with a very grumpy person at nearly 6.00pm opened the box to find what can only b described as a very poor display for the money and delivery. Never use u again

My order didn't turn up on the day and I only found out when I asked the recipient. I complained to the company who said it would come the next day. It did not. When I complained again I was told a couple of days later that it wouldn't now be delivered and they no longer had enough stock. I'm waiting for my money to be refunded. I certainly won't be using them again and would recommend against them.

I had 5 white roses amongst decorative leaves that were half dead on arrival that barely survived overnight, this was a Christmas gift from my family. The bouquet I ordered to send to a friend was so poor she was off Very poor value and will not orderered a replacement free!

Paid for large bouquet, small one delivered. Customer services no help. Standard irrelevant response. No contact help line phone number. Live chat failed. Would not use again.

Bouquet was supposed to be white. As you can see from the pictures, flowers were very poor quality.....roses turned up half dead & over priced.

The bouquet I ordered arrived at the correct address but the box was broken, the arrangement was all messed up and the chocolates were missing. I live in New Zealand and although I was given a refund, the monetary rate had gone down so I lost on that and I also had to pay for offshore service margins. I usually use EFlorist and have never had a problem before but this time Amazon was used for delivery and it was most unsatisfactory.

Product DE22LUXEM21 Sadly I will never use this service again, the flowers arrived with the head off one of the roses , the card I requested wasn't in the box and neither were the chocolates, I could have went to a local supermarket and got better flowers, a truly awful experience.

It never arrived. You've still got my money. Customer service responded once after 23 emails, and then did nothing. £50 wasted and no flowers for a 92 Yr old Gran at Christmas. I will never let you let down my family again.

Very disappointed with both of the flowers I ordered for gifs they were very poor condition.I paid extra for a vase that didn’t come the flowers were two days late which spoiled the surprise.I wouldn’t use ever again

I had two failed deliveries to the same lady for Christmas. Already informed you of this, had request 393138 raised by you, one order refunded, still no sign of my friends flowers though. Very disappointed

Do NOT use this company. I ordered a Christmas basket which didn't look anything like the one I paid for and thrown together costing £50. When I asked for the right order to be resent they have refused and that is basically their customer service!

Would not use this company again horrible customer service when they did not deliver my flowers that i ordered and did nothing to rectify the problem nor did they log a complaint when i asked them to do so. AVOID AT ALL COSTS USE ANOTHER COMPANY…

I bought basket of flowers as a Christmas gift. They arrived in a wet box and flowers in a poor state, many broken. Asked for a replacement but told i had to pay for the delivery! I've asked for reimbursement for postage of replacement but my email has been ignored.

Ordered Christmas bouquet not happy with the condition wont be using you again cant even speak to real person only AI response have had some really good service in the past gone down hill since you have used Amazon delivery service
