Flowers were not value for money and died within a few days .sent an email but no response to complain.

Awful value for money I ordered a large bouquet and it was absolutely tiny flowers where not fresh and actually had mold on them I emailed the company to complain and iv still never herd anything back at all absolutely disgusting will never use this company again.

Have just had a very poor experience with this company. I ordered what looked on their site to be a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my 79 year old mother's birthday. When they arrived they looked very sorry for themselves, with many stems still in bud and unlikely to flower as they were so small and immature. To add a final comedic flourish, they had been arranged in the vase so that that all faced one way in an effort to make it look like a proper bunch. If you turned the vase 180 degrees all you had was the back of the flowers! It reminded me of one of those sad petrol station sandwiches where all the filling is pushed to the front so it looks better on the shelf, but when you eat it the back of the sandwich has no filling. I contacted the company twice and was fobbed off with excuses such as it was the right stem count blah blah, missing the point that what they delivered was not what was advertised. There is so much choice out there do yourself a favour and use another company.

Flowers were awful died within. 2 days though we followed instructions Tried and emailed NO RESPONSE from them £36.98 wasted never use them

Flowers arriving a day late for my elderly sister’s birthday with a card saying happy birthday not really very good especially when we paid £6.99 to make sure the flowers arrived on time

When my order is delivered I can leave a review! The flowers meant to arrive on the actual birthday but 7 days later they are still not there despite repeated promises! I am still chasing the order!

Avoid avoid avoid. Ordered a same day delivery of flowers this morning. Cost extra for same day, then at 2.22pm they contact to say they cannot fulfill the delivery today. They wanted to deliver another day but we're not willing to give any kind of compensation. So I said no I would like a refund and I now have to wait 7 to 10 days for them to process my refund. Absolute terrible service.

So disappointed, Delivery was booked for 23rd December and the flowers were delivered 3 days early with no one at home so they were left in a box on the doorstep. Not what we expected for a flower delivery, the box looked so small and nothing like what we ordered. How does this company support local florists if they use a national parcel distributor.

I ordered next day delivery, on Saturday evening. I fully expected the delivery to be on Monday as promised. However, Monday I was told they had been dispatched for delivery Wednesday, then Wednesday I was told the delivery wouldn’t be till Friday. I tried numerous times to contact you to cancel but your contact details were incorrect. The person who was to receive the flowers is very sick and I was left very disappointed.

Ordered flowers for my daughter inlaw 50th Birthday 8Dec and was very disappointed that they did not look like what i orderd and not very fresh very disappointed will not be ordering again can't up load photo's

I bought a ‘large’ bouquet and what was received was small in a normal person’s opinion. And the ‘free chocolates’ is a minute sample box. Rubbish. I’ll never use your service again.

First the flowers were a day late, Next the price I paid I could have bought better from a supermarket, I can't Send photos as they are in the bin they lasted 3 days I'll be surprised if this review is put on your website so try another site or shop

STAY AWAY ordered flowers for my parents for Christmas and they were awful! Wouldn’t have paid £5 from a garage. Wrong colours, wrong flowers, more green than flowers!! Very disappointed and upset. Never again will I use this company

I ordered some roses for my Sister's birthday. Very easy to place order and they arrived on the day I asked. She said they were absolutely beautiful and was very pleased with them. Thank you. I will definitely use you again.

I ordered and paid for a large bouquet so that there would be an extra abundence of blooms but there was half a dozen buds which upon querying had they sent a large bouquet they responded with a yes we send buds so they bloom and fill out. I understand that but it is a lot of money when you pay for quantity as well as quality and not half half a dozen buds and hope when they bloom they fill the vase! Disappointed not value for money and there are better florists out there that are far better! So large in this case is definitely not better!!

Flowers arrived in a squashed torn thin cardboard box. Flowers were dying after two days when they should have been in full bloom! (Won't allow me to download a photo on here) Completely spoilt the surprise, day and Anniversary occasion. Should have gone to local supermarket and bought a bouquet from there for less money and more flowers! Got a refund but won't be using them again.
