Ordered flowers for a Christmas present, these were not delivered on date agreed. So was left rearranging an order in the run up to Christmas.

Stems broken, roses not fresh. Recipient disappointed as am I who sent the flowers as a thank you. Looks like the florist didn't care - Gerry, Edinburgh

horrible service flower was done poorly and small they forgot to send the box of chocolate that i PAID ! and ever since i placed this order they keep sending my spam emails never buy from this site again

I sent a bouquet for Christmas to my friend in Gorleston for Christmas. When the flowers arrived - the first thing my friend noticed was that the box had been tampered with. There was a hole in the box flowers were broken. All the leaves on the roses were in such a poor condition they had to be cut off - there were only four stems of freesia and one of those was dying. All in all a bad experience and very upsetting for me who had sent the bouquet. I spent ages trying to report the problems to the "bot" and trying to find a number so I could ring with the complaint. The "bot" could not understand anything I wrote and could not advise how to contact a living person. When I tried telephoning the phone would ring and then it would go dead. I tried this number several times and the result was always the same. I eventually found an address to write to but as yet I haven't written so am glad of this opportunity to vent my unhappiness at the poor service. For your information Order ID DE19BETXM05

I ordered flowers on 18/1224 and they were not delivered at all. No apologies or refund. I will not be ordering from this company again. Shocking.

My Christmas flowers order for my sister in law in Essex was very disappointing. The flowers were delivered but the packaging was so damaged that she could not read who it was from and the flowers were damaged too. Please let me know why this was the case. I paid about £35 for this order. No photo available sadly.

Flowers were not fresh, petals falling off within less than 24 hours, much less flowers than in the picture on the website. Won't be ordering again from here. Really poor

Shocking arrangement that bore no resemblance to what I ordered. All flowers are available this time of year as well as I checked with a local florist. I ordered a hedgerow bouquet which features vintage style lilac roses and thistles and I got one white rose and tacky leaves sprayed silver! I have complained and asked for a refund but now my emails are going unanswered!

Useless company failed to attach birthday card and free chocolates to an order! Send way too many e mails simply because you’ve used them in the past! No telephone number to contact customer services they hide behind a website

Ordered flowers from Australia for my mother's 98th birthday. Tracked delivery by Yodel that they had been delivered in the afternoon. No flowers. Contacted florist but no reply email. Flowers turned up the next day propped against the garage door. Not happy.

Totally incompetent company full of excuses! Ordered flowers 4 days ago 17th December for delivery today and once again No Show!! This is the second occasion I have ordered flowers and they have not been delivered

Delivery was left at the door of a block of apartments - recipient wasn't aware that they had been delivered until the next day ! On unwrap, several stems were broken and a cane had been pushed through the oasis, which when filled leaked water. Disappointing first order with EFlorist.

Awful value for money I ordered a large bouquet and it was absolutely tiny flowers where not fresh and actually had mold on them I emailed the company to complain and iv still never herd anything back at all absolutely disgusting will never use this company again.

Have just had a very poor experience with this company. I ordered what looked on their site to be a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my 79 year old mother's birthday. When they arrived they looked very sorry for themselves, with many stems still in bud and unlikely to flower as they were so small and immature. To add a final comedic flourish, they had been arranged in the vase so that that all faced one way in an effort to make it look like a proper bunch. If you turned the vase 180 degrees all you had was the back of the flowers! It reminded me of one of those sad petrol station sandwiches where all the filling is pushed to the front so it looks better on the shelf, but when you eat it the back of the sandwich has no filling. I contacted the company twice and was fobbed off with excuses such as it was the right stem count blah blah, missing the point that what they delivered was not what was advertised. There is so much choice out there do yourself a favour and use another company.

Flowers arriving a day late for my elderly sister’s birthday with a card saying happy birthday not really very good especially when we paid £6.99 to make sure the flowers arrived on time
