Delivered with broken flier heads and leaking case. Another arrived following day but the moment was lost for a big 70 birthday the day before. I shall not be visiting again anytime soon

After sending flowers to a friend, my inbox has been flooded daily by eflorist - this does not encourage me to use the service again, but achieves the opposite. I have now put the emails into spam because there appears tombs no way to stop them coming.

I ordered flowers and paid for special delivery on 26th November to 27 Tiree Ave Ayr. The flowers arrived on Fri 1st Dec. Really disappointed as these were birthday flowers I expect some recompense for a delivery that was paid for but didn't arrive . Very very disappointed. Will think twice about using this service again .

The delivery was dumped outside a block of flats not even in the building and there was no chocolates on the photo

My flowers arrived TWO days after the requested delivery date. Too late as the theatre was closed and it missed the whole point of sending them to say well done on your final night of the theatre production. I won’t order again on line. I’ll buy local so I’m assured of the correct delivery date. They did agree to refund, so they should, but did suggest their website covers this eventuality. I was advised that if I wanted a guaranteed delivery date then I should have chosen a more expensive delivery option. No thanks! I will buy local - it’s less transport and therefore better for the environment.

I ordered flowers for my neice for her birthday to be delivered on 25/11/23 they did not arrive I got text saying they would be delivered on 26/11/23 , then got another text saying delivery to be 27/11/23, then got another text saying delivery on 26/11/23 when they arrived to my neice the flowers were wilted the next day they died my neice felt awful telling me I have had flowers off eflorist before lovely I have tried to contact eflorist numerous times without success very disappointed customer will think twice about ordering again

Flowers delivered on correct day flowers as requested very nice. The problem was there was no card, the person who they for was just out of Christie’s and is terminal cancer, her son phoned around a few relations and then at some point the delivery service but found out they were from me and my sister, Dyan is our sister in law and is very ill. You will understand why I was disappointed with your service.

The flowers were meant to be white roses and blue freesias, my friends favourite and you sent yellow roses and white freesias. We were very disappointed

This company was great in the past, sadly delivery lets them down ! They hide behind 90% but my success rate has been way lower ! Customer service is great but don’t believe the flowers will make it on time !

Flowers were supposed to be delivered on 24th November for my sisters birthday but they didn’t arrive till 25th so very disappointed

The flowers turned up dead, with no water on them. I complained and was told to put them in water and leave them for 48 hours!!! They were already dead! I asked for a refund, but got no reply. Never again!!

Was so bad after 48 hours of flowers supposed to be out for delivery . Then said delivered . We did not receive these flowers that had been on van 48 hours and get no reply as to where or what happened to them . I thought it was a SCAM until reading other reviews .

The flowers arrived without the chocolates or the message . Customer support were as joke and only offered to send the message by email which I declined as it was too late. Won’t be using again

See attached image of what we recd to what we ordered. Nothing alike apart form the colours I suppose! The flowers were worse than those at petrol station! Deffo not worth the money as your quality is awful!

The flowers and gifts arrived separately. Gifts were a day late and flowers three days late. The card was with the flowers, so the recipient didn't know who had sent gifts, from a florist, without flowers or any indication who had sent them. Really embarrassing and very poor service. PLEASE AVOID! They also hand pick good reviews for there website and claim to have a 5 star rating! Pretty scammy.

Flowers ordered on 12 November for a birthday delivery on 19 November to New Zealand did not arrive. Having finally discovered that to query this with you I had to click on 'submit your ticket'(what does that even mean?)I eventually agreed a replacement with customer services several days ago.This has still not happened (by the night of 27 November in NZ) so I have now asked for an immediate refund. This in no way compensates for the fact I missed my daughter-in law's birthday or the frustration of the countless messages to and from you and her confirming the non-delivery.

I've been a regular customer of e florist but will never use again. This is due to the intransient and very poor customer service. Which in my opinion based on my experience is not customer focused at all in fact I'd say practically non existent and focused on deflecting problems back to the customer.
