The flowers were meant to be white roses and blue freesias, my friends favourite and you sent yellow roses and white freesias. We were very disappointed

This company was great in the past, sadly delivery lets them down ! They hide behind 90% but my success rate has been way lower ! Customer service is great but don’t believe the flowers will make it on time !

Flowers were supposed to be delivered on 24th November for my sisters birthday but they didn’t arrive till 25th so very disappointed

The flowers turned up dead, with no water on them. I complained and was told to put them in water and leave them for 48 hours!!! They were already dead! I asked for a refund, but got no reply. Never again!!

Was so bad after 48 hours of flowers supposed to be out for delivery . Then said delivered . We did not receive these flowers that had been on van 48 hours and get no reply as to where or what happened to them . I thought it was a SCAM until reading other reviews .

Took order and money for same day delivery then messaged at 4pm saying they couldn't do it.

The flowers arrived without the chocolates or the message . Customer support were as joke and only offered to send the message by email which I declined as it was too late. Won’t be using again

See attached image of what we recd to what we ordered. Nothing alike apart form the colours I suppose! The flowers were worse than those at petrol station! Deffo not worth the money as your quality is awful!

The flowers and gifts arrived separately. Gifts were a day late and flowers three days late. The card was with the flowers, so the recipient didn't know who had sent gifts, from a florist, without flowers or any indication who had sent them. Really embarrassing and very poor service. PLEASE AVOID! They also hand pick good reviews for there website and claim to have a 5 star rating! Pretty scammy.

Flowers ordered on 12 November for a birthday delivery on 19 November to New Zealand did not arrive. Having finally discovered that to query this with you I had to click on 'submit your ticket'(what does that even mean?)I eventually agreed a replacement with customer services several days ago.This has still not happened (by the night of 27 November in NZ) so I have now asked for an immediate refund. This in no way compensates for the fact I missed my daughter-in law's birthday or the frustration of the countless messages to and from you and her confirming the non-delivery.

I've been a regular customer of e florist but will never use again. This is due to the intransient and very poor customer service. Which in my opinion based on my experience is not customer focused at all in fact I'd say practically non existent and focused on deflecting problems back to the customer.

Flowers order for anniversary and on date of delivery (a Sunday) still had not received a tracking email so I contacted customer services, waited all day and had no reply. The following day (Monday) waited until 11am and still had no contact from eflorist customer services so contacted them for a second time. I was told that there had been an issue with ‘there system’ and was guaranteed that the flowers would be dispatched with a note explaining the reason for delay. 11am Tuesday and still nothing from eflorist or courier regarding order so for a 3rd time contacted them about this order, the advisor on echat was very blunt and told me that they had decided to issue a full refund . Find this appalling service that a customer had to chase them for order updates on 3 occasions due to lack of communication only to be told that without any discussion with the customer or without the customer being informed a decision was made to issue a refund 3 days after the delivery date and after customer services had given the customer a guarantee that the flowers would be delivered. Attempts to contact the company we made via both email & Live chat. Flower we never delivered see above

Ordered flowers for a special friends birthday and they did not get them. there was a picture of the bottom half of a door with a box in front but it is not the friends door and try as I might, eflorist say that as they were delivered by amazon it is not their problem. cannot speak to anyone from eflorist about this they will not call me and although I normally use eflorist to send flowers, after losing so much money I shall not be using them again. but as their offices are not too long a drive, I shall be going there to see if there is any one to speak to. I ordered from eflorist NOT amazon and I should not have to chase them to get my money back. I just got an email telling me thank you for using us. I want my money back and this seem the only avenue to contact eflorist. Although I have had good service in the past, I advise anyone to go elsewhere to avoid the worry of the delivery not getting there. I was not aware that amazon was involved and should have been advised

well, the flowers did not arrive on the date requested. the flowers were found by a farmer worker on the Sunday as the delivery left them outside the farm office. Not the address for delivery. when opened some flower heads where broken off. once again, I hoped and paid for goods and service, all very poor standard. more importantly, I sent an email and I've had NO reply. Also used the Live Chat, which is not worth it

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Every question I would ask they will send the same words as they never bothered to read my request. Will definitely nor use this company again as they just don’t care! I asked to speak to a manager which they just completely ignore me.

I was told the flowers were rejected and returned to eflorist,this happened early November,I sent an email and to this date have heard nothing back. Very disappointed at lack of communication. Even more disappointed as they were for my elderly mothers 85th Birthday. Awaiting your reply.

Four days late in delivering. Poor communication and contradictory information. Error on Eflorist part due to technical issues resulting in no delivery. No acknowledgement or compensation. Still awaiting appology.

Absolute shocker!! First the order was duplicated and I got charged twice. Then customer support wouldn't change the order, as advertised on their site, when immediately notified. Then they refused to issue a refund for their error. And finally, their courier ignored their own delivery instructions, left in a safe space and cannot provide proof of delivery. I'm left very disappointed and angry by the while experience.
