“My flowers were delivered without the vase I had ordered. I was told the refund will be done within. 3-5 days and it’s been a week and it’s still not credited. Such a disappointment”

“Order ID: WA12662975 Product ID: DE22LUXEM14 Very poor bouquet, vase wrapped in brown paper ONLY & SMASHED, very poor birthday message card, no 1st day water 'additive'. Quite definitely the most careless, or negligently prepared/delivered order ever experienced. The first and only ! Customer Service - not available - only guileless online 'chat'. Utterly useless !”

“Terrible service from Eflorist My order was never delivered. When I called they said their driver couldn’t find the address, even though it was in a street in the middle of Edinburgh. They said they would re deliver but never even tried”

“Placed order on Thursday 7.30am delivery confirmed for Friday did not arrive contacted customer service was told that I was one of the 30% that fail for next day and I should have payed extra delivery but would be hera next working day , birthday on Monday so ok Saturday not delivered communications non existent over the weekend Monday came and went no delivery had to drive to Tesco got a lovely bunch for less than I paid for you, contacted customer service offered to send a replacement and a sorry note I requested a refund and a replacement was told they don't do that so in way of compansation for letting me down was to send what I had paid for or refund me for what I didn't get,and this was my first time using them . support your local florist they value your custom.”

“I ordered flowers to present to my wife on Sunday. I ordered them the day before because the website said they could be delivered then and I was relying on them arriving. My text messages from EFlourist told me they would be delivered on Sunday however they did not arrive. I sent a message asking for a refund Sunday night but no one got back to me. The flowers then arrived the following day on Monday. No one was in and the flowers were left on the doorstep in public view”

“Never received bouquet at delivery address, & haven’t received any updates on it since , paid £23:99 , so I would now like a refund . I was told the courier sent bouquet back to E florist as it was damaged, feel really let down & angry at this service . Would appreciate some feed back from you.”

“The flowers got there on time, thank you, but they were not the ones we picked out we choose a mixed bunch for a 50th birthday, what arrived was the smallest bunch of red and orange roses , such a shame as I wanted them to be special. I'm afraid I will not be using you again .”

“If I could leave a minus review I would! Ordered a medium size bunch of Sunlight flowers costing almost £30. Absolutely appalled at the minuscule size of the bouquet. I wouldn't even call it a bouquet! Looks nothing like the full and complete image shown on the website. Incredibly disgusted and disappointed as these were part of birthday gift. They look more like a bouquet you would get from a petrol station for £5. The free box of chocolates is also a joke as its a party size containing about 4 sweets. Avoid Eflorist and go to a proper local florist. Complete rip off. Utterly disgusted.”
