Brought some flowers for a friend to cheer her up and the flowers and box were completely bashed to bits and left out in the rain. Not exactly how I wanted to cheer a friend up!

Never received bouquet at delivery address, & haven’t received any updates on it since , paid £23:99 , so I would now like a refund . I was told the courier sent bouquet back to E florist as it was damaged, feel really let down & angry at this service . Would appreciate some feed back from you.

So hard to contact anyone Flowers did not arrive at all!!! Not worth contacting them as no one gets back to you and was £40 wasted!!! Go elsewhere trust me!

The flowers got there on time, thank you, but they were not the ones we picked out we choose a mixed bunch for a 50th birthday, what arrived was the smallest bunch of red and orange roses , such a shame as I wanted them to be special. I'm afraid I will not be using you again .

If I could leave a minus review I would! Ordered a medium size bunch of Sunlight flowers costing almost £30. Absolutely appalled at the minuscule size of the bouquet. I wouldn't even call it a bouquet! Looks nothing like the full and complete image shown on the website. Incredibly disgusted and disappointed as these were part of birthday gift. They look more like a bouquet you would get from a petrol station for £5. The free box of chocolates is also a joke as its a party size containing about 4 sweets. Avoid Eflorist and go to a proper local florist. Complete rip off. Utterly disgusted.

I ordered a bouquet for 28th October. They had to be returned. I ordered another bouquet for 10th November, they were late delivering .it was a works address and they were going to be delivered on Saturday 11th November. They failed to arrive until we went home so they finally arrived on Monday 13th November. Flowers were dead the vase was a cheap plastic one that I have seen better on a county fair or at the local tip. The chocolate box although was free only had 3 in the box. Very disappointed.

We bought a large bunch called serenity for out ill cousin. The quality was dreadful. A £32 bunch looked like a £3.99 bunch. Sent photos to customer services who said to wait until the care instructions had been followed. This bunch was not getting bigger! They eventually sent out another bunch, but this was exactly the same. Photos show what we ordered vs what we got. I'd ring a florist in the future near where they live.

Very disappointed I ordered for delivery 14th Nov.and recommend this company to my Brother for delivery to my Sister on her 80th birthday. Guess what! My Brother’s got delivered on time mine? They emailed me to say couldn’t deliver will deliver on 15th Nov. Disgusted never will use them again! Oh they said they use Amazon for delivery enough said!

Never seen a bigger example of false advertising in my life - what I ordered vs what was delivered is nothing short of a disgrace, and I demand a full refund. I received about 5 piddly little flowers when the photo advertised showed at least 20, and about 8 tonne of greenery surrounding it. I have never been more disappointed of something in my life, save your money and go to any supermarket or use Interflora, because this lot are a joke. Never ever spend your money with them

Payment taken for next day delivery but 3 days later had still not been sent. Spoke with customer service who couldn't guarantee their partner would deliver a 'replacement' order the next day (which would have been 5 days after the order was originally placed), so the order was cancelled and I was told I'd have to wait a further 3-5 days for a refund. I wouldn't bother using them again as they were so unreliable.
