Birthday flowers were not delivered. Address covered only 5 houses , but no attempt made to deliver to anyone even though they are housebound No help from company to investigate. Will NOT use this company again

I ordered flowers for a special occasion and chose next day delivery. Although they do say this may be 1-2 days delivery I did not receive my order. I was told 2 different things from the delivery company so was quite frustrated. The tracking on the delivery website still now says it's at the depot. I was happy to receive a full refund quickly but the flowers for the special occasion would have been much better.

While the order process was straight forward the flowers which were ordered a week in advance failed to arrive on our anniversary/ your delivery partner Amazon took them to the wrong place! There is absolutely no recovery process you can use on the day. Your call Centre closes early and the Amazon tracking process is wholly inadequate as you cant reach the driver...I tried. Amazon UK also take no responsibility for Amazon Shipping ...hopeless! To add insult to injury when I complained your service team offered absolutely no apology and instead told me you were busy and I should have allowed 2 days for the 'fresh' flowers to arrive. I cannot recommend anyone use your company and I should have gone to interflora who in 40 years never failed to make an anniversary delivery?

Nothing like the one I chose and had to throw blooms away within 4 days and others never revived from delivery, very disappointed for the price paid and don't think I would use you again.

I purchased from Efloriesr for my grandmas 90th, i Received no updates on my order, when I queried it my order it couldn’t be found, Upon receiving my order the roses were dead & when I complained & requested a refund they refused a refund & wanted to know how they could improve there services for next time, I’m heartbroken for my grandma & had to purchase a further order which has now left me out of pocket

Hello sorry to say the flowers came a day late and missed my mum's 90th birthday in a badly damaged box with 5 stems of dead flowers which never never came to life so I'm sorry I won't b using your services again

Absolutely nothing like advertised. Paid £50 got 6 stems. Felt embarrassed when they arrived. Never use you again

I ordered some flowers last weekend. Luckily, they were not for a birthday. I requested a Saturday and understood that this could not be guaranteed. They never arrived and they still didn’t arrive the following day. It got to Tuesday and no sign of the flowers. I contacted eflorist help desk to ask where they were and they apologised and said they could send them out again. I requested this Saturday morning. They replied to say that they couldn’t guarantee a day or time. I would have thought that as a gesture of goodwill they would have been able to send my now week overdue flowers out for a specified time. But no, I just received a sorry they couldn’t do that. As I said, I am glad that they weren’t for a birthday or special occasion as it would have been embarrassing for them to have not turned up. Shoddy, impersonal service will not be using again (it was my first experience) and absolutely would not recommend. Back to Bloom and Wild for me!

Very disappointed. I ordered flowers online but when I attempted to pay I received a message that the payment was unsuccessful and asked me to try again. Which I did, and payment was then successful. I then received emails telling me that BOTH payments had gone through - as two separate orders. I immediately contacted customer services who replied that they could not cancel either of the orders as the shippers would have already printed the labels! Fortunately we were able to pass on the second bouquet to a friend but we found eFlorist's ordering system and customer service to be pathetic. Definitely will not use again.

I am so upset. I ordered flowers to be delivered to Newquay for my best friends mother's birthday (to be delivered today 1st November). My friend and her mother have gone to Newquay this week for birthday celebrations. It is 4.39pm and the flowers have not arrived. I paid £6 for the next day delivery, £30 in total for this order and honestly amazed that the flowers have not been delivered yet. My friend and her mother and thier family are going out for a meal at 5pm. So unless the delivery arrives soon, no one will be in to receive the flowers. I had typed Newquay florists with delivery on Google search and honestly wish I had kept scrolling and not used Eflorist. This is ridiculous, I'm honestly gutted about this service.

The flowers were delivered on Tuesday 24th October and had died by Thursday 26th October. The chemical smell on the flowers (which I suspect killed them) was overpowering and disgusting. I did look on the website to report / complain but couldn't see where I could speak to someone/ explain my issue via chat. So you asked for a review and I used the opportunity to feedback. Won't be using e florist again, it was an utter waste of £50.00, and extremely disappointing for my Mum whose birthday it was.

Terrible service. Flowers inadequate and wilted on arrival due to apparent delayed delivery. No water or plant food supplied. Delivered to me instead of my sick friend whose address I had supplied. No refund or apologies!

Flowers never arrived 😭. Constant messages that they were unable to deliver that day. Requested a refund, was given one and a few days later I got a message that my parcel was lost... First and last time use of this company.

The emails to and from eflorist were numerous. Although they tried their best my order was never delivered although attempted twice. This order was for a special birthday for a friend who has had a difficult time lately - I thought it would be a nice surprise but sadly all went badly wrong. The courier was obviously the problem in this instance.

My poorly friend had a disgusting, half dead bouquet delivered two weeks ago. I`ve had no refund and no apology. Needless to say, I`ve advised everyone I know to avoid you like the plague.

I ordered one of your bouquets that comes with a free box of chocolates for my daughter as a thank you for all she does for me. First, I didn’t realise they were coming so far. Secondly, they were in transit for more than a day with no moisture to keep the stems wet when she received them, she placed them in a vase obviously, and they lasted two days before wilting! The so-called box of chocolates had three chocolates in it. All in all the whole thing was a disaster. I contacted your company and asked for my money back which they gave me straight away, but that doesn’t make up for the disappointment from my daughter.
