I ordered a bouquet for 28th October. They had to be returned. I ordered another bouquet for 10th November, they were late delivering .it was a works address and they were going to be delivered on Saturday 11th November. They failed to arrive until we went home so they finally arrived on Monday 13th November. Flowers were dead the vase was a cheap plastic one that I have seen better on a county fair or at the local tip. The chocolate box although was free only had 3 in the box. Very disappointed.

We bought a large bunch called serenity for out ill cousin. The quality was dreadful. A £32 bunch looked like a £3.99 bunch. Sent photos to customer services who said to wait until the care instructions had been followed. This bunch was not getting bigger! They eventually sent out another bunch, but this was exactly the same. Photos show what we ordered vs what we got. I'd ring a florist in the future near where they live.

Very disappointed I ordered for delivery 14th Nov.and recommend this company to my Brother for delivery to my Sister on her 80th birthday. Guess what! My Brother’s got delivered on time mine? They emailed me to say couldn’t deliver will deliver on 15th Nov. Disgusted never will use them again! Oh they said they use Amazon for delivery enough said!

Never seen a bigger example of false advertising in my life - what I ordered vs what was delivered is nothing short of a disgrace, and I demand a full refund. I received about 5 piddly little flowers when the photo advertised showed at least 20, and about 8 tonne of greenery surrounding it. I have never been more disappointed of something in my life, save your money and go to any supermarket or use Interflora, because this lot are a joke. Never ever spend your money with them

Payment taken for next day delivery but 3 days later had still not been sent. Spoke with customer service who couldn't guarantee their partner would deliver a 'replacement' order the next day (which would have been 5 days after the order was originally placed), so the order was cancelled and I was told I'd have to wait a further 3-5 days for a refund. I wouldn't bother using them again as they were so unreliable.

Although I paid extra to increase the size of the bouquet the flowers you sent were very poor being few in number and short of blossom. You have lost a customer.

This was a bouquet for my sister's 80th. I was very glad that I had paid the reduced price. I would have been even more furious if I had paid the higher price. The picture on the promotion material looked very attractive and it appeared to have a number of blooms, but the actual bouquet was disappointing. Far too much greenery and insufficient flowers. The one gerbera and one rose had dropped and the crysanths were few.

No delivery card posted through door. Flowers left in wheely dustbin. Five of the yellow roses stems were broken. Absolutely disgusted for the money paid. Would definitely not recommend this company.

Birthday flowers were not delivered. Address covered only 5 houses , but no attempt made to deliver to anyone even though they are housebound No help from company to investigate. Will NOT use this company again

I ordered flowers for a special occasion and chose next day delivery. Although they do say this may be 1-2 days delivery I did not receive my order. I was told 2 different things from the delivery company so was quite frustrated. The tracking on the delivery website still now says it's at the depot. I was happy to receive a full refund quickly but the flowers for the special occasion would have been much better.

While the order process was straight forward the flowers which were ordered a week in advance failed to arrive on our anniversary/ your delivery partner Amazon took them to the wrong place! There is absolutely no recovery process you can use on the day. Your call Centre closes early and the Amazon tracking process is wholly inadequate as you cant reach the driver...I tried. Amazon UK also take no responsibility for Amazon Shipping ...hopeless! To add insult to injury when I complained your service team offered absolutely no apology and instead told me you were busy and I should have allowed 2 days for the 'fresh' flowers to arrive. I cannot recommend anyone use your company and I should have gone to interflora who in 40 years never failed to make an anniversary delivery?

Nothing like the one I chose and had to throw blooms away within 4 days and others never revived from delivery, very disappointed for the price paid and don't think I would use you again.

I purchased from Efloriesr for my grandmas 90th, i Received no updates on my order, when I queried it my order it couldn’t be found, Upon receiving my order the roses were dead & when I complained & requested a refund they refused a refund & wanted to know how they could improve there services for next time, I’m heartbroken for my grandma & had to purchase a further order which has now left me out of pocket

Hello sorry to say the flowers came a day late and missed my mum's 90th birthday in a badly damaged box with 5 stems of dead flowers which never never came to life so I'm sorry I won't b using your services again
