I ordered some flowers for someone close that had been rushed to hospital. when they received there was no message and no free chocolates. when I contacted them the customer service was shocking first they offered to get the message to them. then I had to ask about the chocolates and they refunded me £2!! I am shocked that that was what they wanted to do to resolve it. true customer service would have been to apologise and say we will send some more flowers with the message and chocolates. I will never use them again or recommend them. I know mistakes happen and that is ok but the way you rectify it is what counts.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Flowers and card dreadful and they refuse to deal with me as I didn't order the flowers but was a recipient of them. My advice is NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Don't care about customers or quality of the product they are supplying

Flowers arrived in 2 days not 24 hours as advertised - Yes it does say 2 days if necessary but not nearly as loud as the 24 hours service is trumpeted. The roses did not open and the freesias only half opened. I’ll never use them again. Lousy product, worse service.

Being asked for a review for the second time dispute writing a poor review! The only good thing I can say is that I received a full refund without any issues. On the reverse a bunch of flowers ordered 3 weeks plus prior to the event was not delivered. It was for an important event. Very disappointed.

Easy to order and quick delivery but just look at what was delivered. Customer service very good and refunded straight away

Ordered flowers for my partner's birthday. I got an email confirmation that it's been processed. Got confirmation that it's in transit. But never got the flower. The updates stopped and I added to keep checking the tracking details that kept saying its in transit but no flower was delivered. I had to email(which took days to be replied to) about the situation. When I finally got a reply, a refund was promised but also took days to manifest. I ended up using another company. Not a great first impression, doubt I'd ever use it again.

The flowers were never delivered. The postcode was correct but I made a mistake with the house name. The tracker said they had tried to deliver 3 times but where unsuccessful. The tracker said they were in a different county. I wasn’t given any refund.

Ordered flower box for my sister's 70th birthday. Within 5 minutes of ordering I realised I had put the wrong delivery date on it and got in touch with Amy at customer service, she emailed me straight back to confirm delivery had been amended and the delivery would be made on the correct day. The order form states you will be contacted by courier the morning of delivery but I had nothing. Got in touch with company and was told flowers had been delivered on the first order date,even though it had been amended. What a load of lies. My sister never received them and I certainly didn't get an email about delivery either. Because I could prove with an email from Amy that it had been changed the company started to back track about delivery. They then wanted me to arrange another date for delivery. What was the point the birthday was over with. Disgusting service really not impressed. Have had refund now and will never order from them again and advise all my friends and family not to either.

I put the order in two days before my mum’s birthday. The flowers failed to arrive and I got no notice of such…nothing at all. I had to phone and chase until eventually someone from eflorist told me they would not be delivered because of a‘technical error’. No compensation, no apologetic phone call…shocking!!

I asked how many flowers you receive in the different sizes and it would appear I have been paying for one size and getting a different size

Shocked at difference between website photo of the bouquet order and the reality of what arrived. I feel very ripped off. Just see the photos and there is no comparison. Will never use them again.

Needed to send a plant to someone to let them know we were thinking of them. Had several hundred emails from many companies over the past few months even though had unsubscribed on more than one occasion. Decided to make use of one of these, used the discount code - of course it had expired, plants were not included in the 'through the letterbox' option, so selected a cheapish bunch of flowers. Eventually got them ordered only to discover delivery charged at nearly half the price of the flowers. Ordered on an evening, so too late for next day - not a problem, got a call 2 days later at 7.10am with a recorded message from Royal Mail stating would be delivered in 5 days. At 10am then got an email from yet another company stating had been posted through recipient's door. Way too much hassle, still getting tons of emails with an offer of chocolates as a thank you to go with next bunch of flowers. If they want to send thank you offers, send the chocolates to the person paying the bill!! Apparently the flowers were lovely.

What went right you mean! Absoloutley appalled with everything. When I placed my order; a flower bouquet for an elderly and frail family friend, who had been unwell, I wasn't sure about doing it online as this was my first time, and it will definately be my last. First if all, an error was made with the door number of the address; I'm not sure how this happened, but that's why I prefer talking to someone on a phone; call me old fashioned, but at least a human can communicate. But as soon as I had realised there was an error, I could only email the customer services, which I did immediately! However, despite eflorists being informed within minutes of the order being placed that there was a mistake with the door number, and despite the fact that the flowers were not due to be delivered until the next day, they refused to do anything about it! Absoloutley useless, furthermore no flowers were even delivered to the wrong door number because I checked!

The flowers arrived on time and were lovely BUT no free chocolates as stated on the order . As this was a gift to another part of the country I was not aware of this until later . disappointing

Hi I was very disappointed when my family sent me a photo of the flowers I had ordered they where nothing like the photo on the web complete different I do understand flowers are seasonal You could have told me my choice was not available and I would have chosen differently the flowers I believe they where very nice but not what we would have chosen for the price paid Regards joan lynch Australia
