“I purchased flowers for a birthday surprise. Had I known they were to be delivered in a normal parcel run by Amazon I would not have bought them. They arrived at 5.25pm - not what I was expecting. The flowers were dry, wilting, unattractive and totally ruined as a lovely surprise, presumably having been in the back of a van all day. I have no doubt they were fine when they left, but I am sad to say would never risk EFlorist again because of this.”

“The bouquet I ordered was nothing like the picture , I chose the large £50 vintage bouquet and received nothing like the image. Sent a email saying I wasn’t happy but just got a generic response back. It wasn’t that they had used replacement flowers it was the fact the size I received with the amount of flowers in them was no where near what I had paid for”

“Terrible. Flowers meant to be delivered on Tuesday...Thursday they arrived half dead. Roses never bloomed...30 quid for around 20 dead Flowers...joke...Will be writing a review on facebook🤔”

“I was so disappointed in my order It was my sisters birthday and I live in a different country I was recommended this site by a friend but sadly the size of the bouquet was small and not like the picture. I ordered large but was she recieved was definitely startled size . Very disappointing”

“Ordered flowers for my friend to be deliverd at her work place. The flowers were delivered at 8.56pm!!!! Tracked the delivery throughout the day but changed last minute more than once. Went from 4.45pm to 5.15pm to unspecified to actually arrange at 9 in the evening. Ruined my surprise. What a waste of time and money this was! Should have read the reviews 🙄”

“Firstly, I was told I would get an email from the courier on the morning of the delivery but I didn't. I had paid the extra money for guaranteed delivery but no confirmation. I thought the worst, that the flowers would not get delivered for our wedding anniversary, so bought another bunch. Got back home to find the flowers on my doorstep with no confirmation of delivery. Secondly, when I opened the box, several of the stems where snapped, so those flowers died after a day or two so we had to remove them which made the bouquet look small. I paid £49 for the white rose bouquet and £7 delivery. Very disappointed and will never use Eflorist again. Mark Green.”

“Ordered on a Friday night for a delivery the next day. Received confirmation that delivery would be made on the Saturday, however didn’t turn up until the Tuesday. Was told that because the order was later than expected, the flowers would be sent “in bud” so that they’d be fresher for longer, the flowers that turned up, barely last two days!”
