Ordered flowers for my friend to be deliverd at her work place. The flowers were delivered at 8.56pm!!!! Tracked the delivery throughout the day but changed last minute more than once. Went from 4.45pm to 5.15pm to unspecified to actually arrange at 9 in the evening. Ruined my surprise. What a waste of time and money this was! Should have read the reviews 🙄

Totally appalling , I had to chase them on day of delivery only to be told that they couldn’t make the delivery that day , this was late afternoon wouldn’t use again.

Firstly, I was told I would get an email from the courier on the morning of the delivery but I didn't. I had paid the extra money for guaranteed delivery but no confirmation. I thought the worst, that the flowers would not get delivered for our wedding anniversary, so bought another bunch. Got back home to find the flowers on my doorstep with no confirmation of delivery. Secondly, when I opened the box, several of the stems where snapped, so those flowers died after a day or two so we had to remove them which made the bouquet look small. I paid ÂŁ49 for the white rose bouquet and ÂŁ7 delivery. Very disappointed and will never use Eflorist again. Mark Green.

Ordered on a Friday night for a delivery the next day. Received confirmation that delivery would be made on the Saturday, however didn’t turn up until the Tuesday. Was told that because the order was later than expected, the flowers would be sent “in bud” so that they’d be fresher for longer, the flowers that turned up, barely last two days!

Flowers were delivered 4 days late,no tracking available from courier,Flowers delivered only lasted 3 days,won't be ordering again,very poor not what i was expecting

Awful service, flowers cancelled twice and delivered 3 days late. When they finally arrived in a very large box, the actual basket of flowers were tiny and very cheap. Expecting a proper basket of flowers, we got flowers in a basket from a pub garden meal….. ridiculous and will not use this business again

I booked online for the same day delivery and paid. I wasn't notified until after 2pm that day that you were unable to fulfil my order which was then too late to arrange another florist. Since then I have had numerous marketing emails which I didn't sign up for and I have unsubscribed but am still receiving, inc this one, hence my response. I suggest you revisit the GDPR guidelines as you are currently in breach. I appreciated many actions and procedures are automated but sometimes a human touch is needed and appreciated. I hope my feedback is constructive and you are probably great florists with an excellent track record, just please review your processes and take this review as constructive feedback!

Ordered Flowers over a week ago. Still not delivered all I am getting is emails saying not home. Which is a lie still no flower but still getting the emails. No contact very poor

Terrible experience after several times, so I definitely will not be using eflorist again! I’ve had nearly rotten old flowers sent to me in past with no apology given, and delivery not been on time! I have selected a chosen delivery date for a reason, and I made the order a month in advance!!! But still no show of the flowers, and no apology or update, it would have been nice to receive a message to say it’s been delayed or something, but clearly as alot of the other reviews are stating, this company doesn’t have common sense or any care for customer service! Why state that flowers will be delivered on ‘chosen date’ if they are not ?! Don’t promise something to your customers when you can’t deliver. Terrible service and disgusting way of dealing with it, save yourself the time and hassle and money and go somewhere else!!

I sent flowers to my granddaughter for her birthday from Australia. I put the correct name and street address on the order, but inadvertently put the incorrect postcode. The flowers were not delivered and returned to the depot, with no advice of this happening. How difficult would it have been to use the street address given. A bit of common sense was lacking, and could easily have been applied here. Very disappointing, and no refund or credit given for what was a very simple mistake on my part. Will definitely not use them again.

So upset…bought the “Radiance” bouquet for my sister and what she received was inadequate & below par! The 6 roses were wilted around the petal edges, the carnations were sparse and the additional purple & yellow foliage was thin, in fact, the purple foliage was non existent! I will certainly not be wasting my money on this company going forward, I’d have bought a better bouquet on the side of the road to be honest. Appalling!

Having ordered one bouquet I was emailed to said it had been delivered only to receive a message an hour later that delivery was not possible! Heard nothing so had to contact company. Apology email was sent and redelivery organised (a week late!). Unbelievably the same thing happened again. Furiously I demanded a full refund but have now been asked to leave a review... My advice- DON'T use this company!
