2 unacceptable issues within 1 week. 1st delivery of flowers sent to a friend arrived damaged and mouldy then 2nd order to another friend did not even get delivered for a birthday surprise and marked as returned to sender on delivery tracker. There was no reason why these could not be delivered as the recipient was at home. An extremely disappointing service and will not be using e florist again. This used to be an excellent company but has gone down hill on a massive scale in recent times!

Ordered a large bouquet in yellow & white. However a very small pink bouquet was delivered containing different flowers. Not particularly impressive and certainly not what was ordered. Will not be using EFlorist again

Flowers delivered with no message and no florists name. So my sister had no idea who had sent them or where to ring to find out.

Delivered to wrong address and much,much smaller than advertised. Very disappointed as it was for a birthday. It's a good job there are honest people out there and they took their time to deliver to correct address!!

The flowers arrived in a battered box. One of the flowers had started to die and the gift card had typo errors. I complained to E florist and they apologised. They said they would send another bouquet out but I said they didn’t need to send another bouquet but could they send another card out with the correct message and no typo errors. A few days later another bouquet turned up with a card and the same typo errors, even though I had emailed with the correct message and told them that they didn’t need to send another bouquet. The customer service was not great as when I emailed back, each time I got a new person and it was like they wasn’t reading the previous message. Sadly, I won’t order from them again.

I received emails about an order that was nothing to do with me. I advised eFlorist immediately that they had the wrong email address and asked them to remove my address from their records. They acknowledged the mistake, but continued to send emails about the delivery, requests for reviews, and general marketing. I have now blocked them, and would not recommend them as their approach to customer privacy appears sloppy.

T his is the second time of explaining why I have left a bad review. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend, then had an email to say the parcel was damaged and not delivered. I tried to get in contact with you but no joy. Order number is I I have explained my reasons for the review before.I ordered flowers for my friend. then had an email to say they would not be delivered due to the flowers being damaged. I tried to get in touch with you but could not. The order number is ID WA12437513. I would like my money to be refunded please, thank you. Mrs S Ford

I had an email confirming ordered flowers had been delivered along with a Google map screenshot showing they had been left at an unidentifiable house number across the road from the actual delivery address. Having contacted the recipient to advise of this, she checked her doorbell camera first to see if she could see which house the delivery guy had left the flowers at. The camera showed that he hadn't even attempted to ring her doorbell (she was in all day) and it showed him leaving the flowers on the ground in front of her car. By this time, they had been battered by the torrential rain and where in a very poor state. Had I known they were being delivered by Amazon this time, I wouldn't have placed my order as I know they are rubbish for just leaving stuff in the open I had an email from Amazon later saying they will be delivering all parcels I order from whoever. No chance! I have placed a number of flower orders with Eflorist and the last couple of bouquets have been a bit lacking. This is the last time. In future I shall give my business to local florists who do their of own deliveries. Ok, may be a bit dearer but far more likely to get quality. Also, I paid for a medium sized bouquet but got a small one. Can no longer recommend Eflorist.

My sister who was very ill never received her flowers.I emailed to say the wrong address was on the order and was told there was nothing they could do about it as the order was on its way.

The flowers were delivered to wrong address and were extremely disappointing. They looked like a bunch from a garage forecourt and very poor value for over £40.

My last order was never delivered. I had a notification from Amazon that they had not been able to deliver it. I did send you an email before but have never had a reply. I shall expect to be reimbursed at a later date. I was very disappointed as they were birthday flowers as well as get well wishes. I look forward to hearing from you asap. My previous order with you was great thank you.

The flowers were to be delivered on Sept.12th for our friends wedding anniversary. They arrived some 30 hours late. Were dumped in the garden behind their gate. If I had not called them. they would never have found them. They were in a very sorry state when opening the box. Carnations very limp and with broken off heads. Roses are coming back up, but slowly. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

dreadful delivery service, flowers dumped at the bottom of the stairs to our office not once but on two occaisions. Even worse , this company wouldn't refund the £5.99 charge, yes £5.99 to be dumped . Plenty of other florists doing a superior service . When they offered 10% off the next shop - I told them I wouldn't be ordering again. Appalling service , appalling customer care.

The flowers I ordered were not delivered, I had an email saying they were damaged. I have tried to get in contact with you for a refund but found it impossible, hopefully you will make the refund to me now, thank you.

We don't know whether the delivery has been made yet, as couriers claimed, despite being given specific directions, "unable to find the address." The flowers will no doubt be dead by now, and we will be looking for a refund of our money. Not happy at all.

Birthday flowers did not arrive until 16.42 in the evening. The card was not laid out as I had written it. BUTWASWRITTENINASTRAIGHTLINE May as well have been written in hieroglyphics No attention to details. Will NOT be using this company again.

The delivery schedule showed it was about to be delivered at 1755 and then was stated to be undeliverable. This means it was either damaged or the driver couldn't be bothered to find the address and wanted to go home! I was immediately refunded but the delivery was not carried out and the moment had gone. Very disappointed.
