I payed extra for a larger bouquet and chocolates, what arrived was a small disheveled bunch with 3 chocolates, much smaller than others I've had. The following morning we had to swap the dead Blooms for ones we already had.

I ordered a birthday bouquet for a friend. Unfortunately, my order was never delivered and the company refused to refund my money or at least find another way to fix my situation. The address I entered was correct but the postcode had a very minor error - a letter O instead of the number 0. In the UK, postcodes with 3 letters at the end do not exist, so I contacted the company to see what could be done about this. They then claimed that the order was delivered to an incorrect address, so they could not accept liability. The problem with this is that my order was never delivered in the first place, so the company was not losing out on money or product by returning my money. I do not recommend at all, avoid at all costs. Save your money for a better company.

Don't know what the flowers were like and don't know if recipient ever got them. I had chosen eflorists because said could be delivered next day. I had not opened the 'Disclaimer' box which concealed that next day went on until 9pm so my fault for going by what was easily visible on my screen. Flowers were intended for someone's last day at work but were left 'front porch' as delivered after business had closed--in spite of a frustrating almost 2 hours on hold waiting for Yodel's online help to warn them that businesses close at 5pm, then watching on the map as van went all round the houses nearby. Eflorist say that drivers prioritise hospitals, schools, businesses...but in my case (dental practice) they clearly didn't. If it is important to you when flowers are delivered then not the one to choose. After leaving the local hub my flowers spent 5 hours in a van on a hot day and arrived after the practice had closed.

I ordered flowers for my parents 65th wedding anniversary, they arrived mostly in bud, which is fine, the roses opened the day after and the bouquet was over by the third day. I have contacted you regarding this, I would have thought the bouquet would last for more than 3 days, but have received no response.

Ordered a bouquet for my sisters birthday and she thought they were from Tesco garage! Stalks without flowers on, sent dry in 30 degree heat, unlike the advertised picture, ie one of each flower type rather than 4/5 in picture. Very poor customer support stating bouquet would revive itself in 48 hours. In fact the few flowers were all wilted by then. Very very disappointed. Do not buy!

Ordered for my Sister birthday, didn’t get delivered till late the following day. Had I known the 💐 would not arrive on time, I’d have bought 💐on the way to my Sisters. Very disappointed. 💐 we’re wilting after spending at least one day in the back of a DPD Delivery van. Will not use this service again. Very dissatisfied. 😠

It was my fault that the address postcode had a wrong letter. However, the driver dropped the items off at an address that could not have been right. I do feel that you could have met me half way with a redelivery at 50%. Disappointed.

I ordered next day delivery flowers for a friends 60th birthday, they arrived 2 days later than expected and apparently were very dry and beyond saving. It was a random Sunday in September so not a popular or busy day so unable to justify the let down! Definitely dissatisfied and regretted placing the order. No response from customer service when I contacted them the first day after expected delivery.

I didn’t make an order. I emailed you to say that my email had been used fraudulently and you didn’t reply. I can only assume you are not secure or vigilant as a company. I advise others to use caution and consider the security of their personal details.

6 yellow roses and a twig were delivered to my friend for her birthday, the roses had seen better days, no idea what the twig was, very disappointed and a Complete waste of money.

Paid extra for same day delivery but flowers were not delivered until late evening. The 50th wedding anniversary by that time was all but over. Very disappointed, will not use this company again.

After ordering for my daughters Birthday and Anniversary and paying the extra to have the flowers delivered on the right day I was informed that they would be delivered on the following day .My daughter received them at 9.01pm on the Thursday instead of the Wednesday and to make matters worse the delivery driver was beeping his horn outside of where she lives. this did not go down well with the people that were in the vicinity. ie family and visitors. I will never use Eflorist again if that is how they treat there customers who expect a delivery on the correct day.

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers which came with a free box of chocolates. (Looking at pictures thought it was a box of chocolates NO three chocolate’s. Very deceiving ) If the flowers were meant to be large I dread to think what the medium and small ones were like. Hardly any and lasted about three days. Total disappointment for a 60th birthday. Not impressed.
